Job Description:
Intel's Foundry Automation (IFA) team is hiring a Software Application Development Engineer. As part of our team, you will partner with end users locally and across the globe in Fab Manufacturing and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions specially crafted for the ever-changing needs of our highly automated factories. To integrate these solutions, you will work closely with our Software Development teams and execute testing, implementation, troubleshooting and documentation of business processes.
As a key member of our team, you will operate in a high visibility role supporting 24/7 manufacturing capabilities. Primary functions include:
+ Gathering requirements.
+ Analyzing existing processes and procedures.
+ Stakeholder management.
+ Prioritizing configuration changes in manufacturing execution systems and managing projects that support development and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
**Minimum qualification:**
+ U.S. citizenship required.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
+ The Candidate must possess a BS degree with 6+ years of experience, or MS degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD degree with experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
+ 2+ years' experience with PL/SQL development.
+ 2+ years' experience with RDBMS schema design development.

+ Experience with RDBMS Systems (Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres etc.).

**_Responsibilities_** :
+ Manage and Support of in-built Java based applications that are used for Pricing and Contract management.
+ Enable Designing, Implementing, and Securing Micro services and APIs, using: Spring Boot, REST, Messaging, ORM, and Spring Security w/ OAuth 2, Hibernate.
+ Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
+ Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the business processes and the applications and manage the execution.
+ Keeping up with emerging technologies and changes in business processes.
+ Customer focused and deep understanding of business needs.
+ Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.
+ Identifying areas to optimize, automate and reduce manual workloads and following through on those optimizations
+ Ensure all critical processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
+ Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable and stable operations.
+ Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings
+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units
+ Monitors team's ticket queues be it ServiceNow/Jira and work thru tickets.
**_Qualifications_**
+ Experience building and deploying containerized application via Helm Charts on Kubernetes running within GCP/AWS Clouds
+ Strong knowledge in standards / technologies that enable integration like Java, .Net, SQL, XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs.
+ Hands on experience with server side Java API frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring MVC
+ Hands on experience exposing and consuming REST APIs using common industry standards and conventions
+ Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps Practices.
+ Experience with CI / CD automation and deployment using tools such as Concourse / Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes
+ In Depth experiences with Maven, Github.
+ Working knowledge with Integration applications like ETL, APIGEE, DataStage, DellBoomi, MFT and/or other any integration platforms is a must
+ Knowledge Stack to include one or more of IntelliJ, GitHub, SaaS, Docker, Java, SQL, Oracle, Groovy.
+ Native understanding of Pharmaceutical Business Pricing Processes like Contracts, Customer Attachments, GPOs/Buying Groups, Product Pricing.
+ Must have the ability to troubleshoot complex interfaces involving multiple systems
+ Experience in writing and/or updating Functional Specification Documents

We currently have a need for a Manager of Order to Cash for Pharmaceutical IT! This role will be accountable for delivery and maintenance of the Pharma SAP OTC functions as part of SAP Center of Excellence including current, recently added and the expansion of new businesses.

+ Overall solution ownership of Incidents, defects, enhancements, and new build for OTC.

+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.
+ Completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.
+ Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.
+ Influencing internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.
+ Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing projects.

+ Ensure all critical OTC processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
+ Responsible for leading, coaching, and cross training a team of SD functional consultants.
+ Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable and stable operations.
+ Complies and enforce adoption of Solution discover, documentation, Hypercare and build-to-run transition to our support partners.
+ Supports the Vertex 6.0 Tax Software, 3rd party application, for pharmaceutical segment.
+ Supports the Pharma ordering channels integration with SAP and associated application. Accountable for driving BRMS support with our Run partners.
+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 12+ years' experience in SAP OTC Build/Run preferred
+ Full-Cycle SAP OTC implementation
+ SAP OTC Solution discovery, Options analysis and Build guidance.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
+ Strong business acumen in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution space.
+ Superior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of OTC domain.
+ Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.
+ Prior work experience in Sales and Distribution module within SAP ECC or S/4 HANA Enterprise Management and Vistex knowledge is a plus.
+ Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
+ Strong experience in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our functional partners to deliver quality business solutions.
+ Prior experience with managing highly skilled onsite and offshore teams.

This role will be highly involved in migrations to the new platform and responsible for Run support. The ideal candidate should have Operational Support experience and in-depth knowledge of e-Commerce platforms, infrastructure, and integrations.
Responsibilities
