Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will provide comprehensive women’s health services to the membership  through the provision of office services, deliveries and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
• Patient care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health

Minimum Qualifications  

• Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health

Minimum Qualifications  

• Current dental hygienist license in AZ  and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
