SAIC has new opportunities to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Tech Center in Atlantic City, NJ! These positions are 100% onsite and may require some travel to other airports within the United States.
**Job Responsibilities may include:**
+ Lead or support the installation, configuration, and validation of TFDM software components on operational hardware at field sites and in lab environments.
+ Ensure proper loading of software builds, patch sets, and configuration files in accordance with FAA-approved deployment packages.
+ Perform software readiness checks prior to deployment, ensuring required baselines, dependencies, and adaptation files are validated and properly staged.
+ Coordinate closely with TFDM integration, adaptation, and hardware teams to align deployment timing and system configurations.

+ Document and resolve discrepancies discovered during installation or testing events.
+ Diagnose and resolve software-related problems, including interface errors, data corruption, configuration mismatches, or application crashes.
+ Collaborate with software development teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex software defects.
+ Support version control, rollback planning, and patch management for TFDM deployments.
+ Track and implement software updates as issued by FAA TFDM Program Office or system vendors, ensuring compliance with software release procedures.
+ Verify successful data exchange and message flow between TFDM and external systems (e.g., SWIM, ASDE-X, Flight Object Exchange).
+ Test FIXM and XML message formatting, timing, and content accuracy during installation and integration phases.
+ Implement secure software configurations in alignment with FAA cybersecurity policies and system accreditation boundaries.
+ Ensure software deployments follow access control protocols, system hardening guidelines, and data protection requirements.
+ Maintain comprehensive installation logs, configuration records, deployment guides, and change documentation for each site.
+ Support formal configuration audits and site certification processes.
+ Work closely with site implementation leads, FAA facility personnel, airport operators, and contractors to support system activation and user transition.
+ Provide on-site or remote technical support during critical events such as initial operating capability (IOC) and full operational capability (FOC).
**Qualifications**
**Required Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical field and 9+ years of relevant engineering/aviation experience, preferably with FAA systems.

**Job Description:**
+ We are seeking a Sprinklr Configuration/System Administrator Consultant to support and optimize our use of the Sprinklr platform across social media, customer experience, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sprinklr administration, configuration, and integration, and will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that Sprinklr tools and workflows align with business goals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ This role will focus on Sprinklr configuration for both reactive issues troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement of business programs.
+ You will design, launch, and maintain Sprinklr workflows and operational improvements spanning system governance, automated case workflows and ML models (collaborating with BizTech), vendor operations (collaborating with GVO), custom metrics and dashboards (collaborating with Performance Lead & ADS), and FTE enablement (knowledge, training, DiRT).
+ You partner closely with Social Media Comms Managers / Product Leads to enable their external communication work, internal reporting needs, and drive efficiencies in operations. You will also serve as the main POC for the Sprinklr relationship - delegating Sprinklr issues & configuration work to their Managed Services consultant.
**Experience:**
+ Proven experience with designing, testing and implementing complex Sprinklr configurations and tooling optimizations
+ Prior experience as a system admin in Sprinklr, specifically within Sprinklr's Care Product
+ 4-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sprinklr Configuration and Sprinklr System Admin
+ Ability to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability (e.g. tool development, automation, major changes to vendor operational)
+ Strong analytical skills to track operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that have a major operational impact.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including internal, cross functional teams (e.g. BizTech, GVO, CXO, CSO), vendor teams, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of logistics configuration Analyst, overseeing the development and maintenance of Integrated Logistic Support documentation, provisioning technical documentation, and performing logistics and sustainment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership

+ Support review of Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Cost Benefit Analysis, and SCD fielding plans within Navy Data Environment Entitled Process (NDE-EP)
+ Track and report on NMP milestones for future installations/targeted availabilities, ensure the Temas deliverable are submitted by the respective milestone- dates
Life Cycle Sustainment
+ Support organic team review of logistics and sustainment analysis, utilizing various databases and engineering data to identify high-failure candidates for sparing analysis
+ Oversee the tailoring of logistics entry and exit criteria for multiple Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and Test Readiness Review (TRR) events
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
