We are looking for a Solutions Consultant.
In this role, you'll collaborate with enterprise prospects and customers as well as our partners to showcase the value of our industry-leading Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role will cover pre-sales through delivery and beyond, maintaining strong relationships and unlocking value for our customers every stage of their lifecycle. You'll partner with the Sales team to identify customer needs, define solutions, and demonstrate how mParticle can drive measurable business outcomes. Then you will work with both functional and technical customer stakeholders to ensure our customers are successful in onboarding and maintaining their first-party and third-party customer data using mParticle's SDKs, APIs, and integrations with cutting-edge platforms across the analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media domains.
Your work will have an immense impact on mParticle by Rokt and our customer's success both in the pre-sales and post-sales environments. You will have a high degree of freedom in your work, with support from the entire team, and you'll interact with some of the best minds in data technology and marketing.
About the role:
- Manage enterprise customers and drive outcomes and adoption through technical solutions.
- Execute technical implementation and onboarding for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth integrations and high-quality data flows.

The Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. The Solutions Consultant will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase. They will also work with the sales staff to collect customer feedback. Collaborate with a Sales Architect to develop customer-specific integrations, between MaintainX and 3rd party software, as needed. As a member of a cross-departmental sales team, work with marketing, product management, engineering, implementation, and customer support to find solutions for prospective customers. Develop and launch new sales assets and collateral. Keep existing sales assets and collateral up-to-date. Mentor sales staff by reinforcing product knowledge and messaging/positioning from our product marketing managers, during collaborations. Collect marketing and product feedback from day-to-day customer interactions, and provide feedback to the product marketing team. About You 3+ years of related experience, such as sales, implementation, solution building, or engineering. Prior consulting and sales experience and analytical problem-solving skills is a plus. Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum 10 years of proven success in a sales and solutioning consultant or technical sales advisor role.
+ Minimum 4 years in the Merchant/AR/AP space, targeting mid-market firms.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proven track record in sales, business development, or partnerships within the payments space.
+ Direct experience engaging with PayFacs, or platform clients in a consultative selling role.
+ Strong knowledge of sponsorship models (issuing and acquiring), including API-driven solutions and ledgering infrastructure.
+ Established relationships and reputation in the sponsor or platform community.
+ Comfortable leading complex sales processes involving compliance, technology, and pricing discussions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executive audiences.
+ Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership.
+ Ability to work independently while collaborating across product, legal, and onboarding teams.

$93,000-$189,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
