**Required Skills:**
Technical Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Meta's monetization products, encompassing signals, measurement, and ads delivery, and offer advisory support to clients and partners regarding best practices
2. Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta's advertising solutions
3. Work closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market (GTM) process of launching new products and supporting existing ones
4. Discover opportunities for enhancing and streamlining workflows through optimization and automation across entire support funnel
**Minimum Qualifications:**

5. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degree
6. 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising or technology industries, along with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising technology landscape
7. Proficient in troubleshooting advertising technologies, including but not limited to pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
8. Experience working with web technologies such as: APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
9. Proficiency in SQL
10. Experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical individuals or groups

Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical). .
  • Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user's problems via telephone and e-support.
  • Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
  • Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
  • Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met.
  • Begin to partner with and assist the Sales Pursuit team.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field within 1 year of start date.
  • 0-1 year of experience in related field

The TV Partner Engineering team is responsible for working with device manufacturers, OEM's, and SOC providers to deliver an exceptional TV experience.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant on our TV Partner Engineering team, you will own the technical relationship with one of our device manufacturing partners. Your mission is to ensure our partners build and launch high-quality TV devices on schedule. You will act as the primary technical advisor, guiding the partner through complex integration tests and driving the resolution of critical bugs. This includes collaborating closely with internal Product and Engineering teams, leading essential testing programs, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to guarantee a seamless user experience at launch.
Google TV is redefining the TV experience to make it highly personalized, Google-smart, and content-forward to help users access the world's media. Through recent launches like Chromecast with Google TV, we bring together the best of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical tests.
+ Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
+ Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner's integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
