Job Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and bilingual in Korean and English (preferred), with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and HR processes.
Job Description
  • - Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and define role requirements
  • - Create, manage, and update job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards
  • - Identify, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various recruitment channels
  • - Proactively reach out to qualified candidates, share role details, and build strong candidate relationships
  • - Conduct negotiations with selected candidates to finalize compensation packages, including salary and benefits
  • - Participate in the interview process, organize interview schedules, and set up interview logistics for candidates and hiring managers
  • - Maintain accurate candidate information and records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems
  • - Manage the onboarding process, including collecting and processing required documentation (I-9, W-4, etc.)
  • - Facilitate new hire orientation on their first day to introduce company policies, culture, and role expectations
  • - Submit approval requests for new positions and new hires
  • - Act as a liaison between Korea HQ and Regional HQ regarding hiring
  • - Input new hire information on HRIS.
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • - 8+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • - Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a plus
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • - Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy in managing information
  • - Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • - Be able to travel to other states and foreign countries

Summary/Primary Role:

Brightcore Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary six (6) month assignment, with the potential to be converted to a permanent position based on the operational needs of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing to onboarding-and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the business. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR leadership to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning.

  • Manage sourcing efforts using a variety of channels to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, passive and active candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Develop compensation recommendations in coordination with HR leadership.

  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Represent Brightcore Energy within the renewable energy community to support brand awareness and pipeline development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the renewable energy or clean technology space.

Expected Hours of Work:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$0,000 annually and is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, internal equity, and market conditions. Brightcore Energy offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be made available upon conversion to a permanent role.

  • Travel required up to 10% within the Northeast.

VERSANT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our high-performing and fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team! This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and will also be deeply involved in driving key talent acquisition projects that will help build and elevate the TA function across the organization.

What You'll Do:
Core TA Coordination Responsibilities
+ Own and manage all candidate interview scheduling, including virtual, phone, and on-site meetings - often coordinating across time zones and with multiple stakeholders
+ Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch, seamless, and positive candidate experience
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare interview materials as needed
+ Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and consistency
+ Escort candidates during onsite interview days and ensure all logistics run smoothly
+ Manage sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion
+ Respond to recruiter and hiring manager requests with urgency and professionalism
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the TA Leader, including scheduling meetings, preparing team meeting agendas, organizing materials, and assisting with follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items
Strategic TA Project Support
+ Partner with the TA team on branding and marketing initiatives, including the creation and editing of slide decks, social media content, and employer branding collateral
+ Support the creation of internal and external PowerPoint presentations for talent updates, hiring plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and stakeholder briefings
+ Serve as a key liaison between TA and key business partners to coordinate QBRs, hiring strategy sessions, and other cross-functional meetings
+ Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and budget tracking in collaboration with TA and Finance
+ Maintain and help drive progress on a TA team project tracker to ensure key deliverables are on time and aligned to overall priorities
+ Contribute to TA process improvements and other special projects as assigned
What You'll Need:
+ 1+ years of professional work experience in a coordinator, project support, or administrative capacity
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
