The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.
Local Pay: $0/hr
Travel Pay: 1,685 gross weekly

Orientation is 40 hours for the first 2 weeks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions (EJFs):

Responsible for the coordination, planning, initiation and completion of assigned projects and workgroups for the SH. Ensures that established direction and objectives are being adhered to.
Sets project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Track project outcomes and provide reports and updates as appropriate.
Conducts policy and process reviews and develops workflows/operating procedures.
Prepares written project updates, summaries, studies, briefings, reports, plans, cost/benefit analyses, and other documents.
Assists in the organization and tracking of assigned resources.
Provides consultation and technical assistance in operational areas to include staff deployment, scheduling, and training (workforce management).
Leads or participates in assigned committees/work groups. Facilitates meetings and elevates risks or issues as appropriate. Develops partnerships with staff, stakeholders, other state and federal agencies, professional associations, and the public.
Communicates or presents information to stakeholders, management, and legislative staff upon request.

Knowledge of SH operations and services including knowledge of staffing models, budget functions, policies, joint commission and CMS standards, state and federal laws related to SHs, programs, and critical issues.
Skill in establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Knowledge or experience in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective solutions. Ability to conduct data analyses and interpretation of data to identify trends and evidence-based best practices related to workforce management.

Initial Screening Criteria:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college AND
Three years' (36 months) experience in managing projects within last five years in human services in a professional capacity. Example of Human services fields are Counseling, Healthcare Administration, working within an inpatient hospital, residential treatment center or community based health center.

Seven years full-time experience in human services. Example of Human services fields are Counseling, Healthcare Administration, working within an inpatient hospital, residential treatment center or community based health center.
AND
Five years' experience in managing projects within last seven years.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
+ Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
+ Uses proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping & refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing) in adherence to the principles of hard surface floor maintenance.
+ Uses the proper procedures on carpet and upholstering (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.).
+ Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large area of floor surface.
+ Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
+ Properly processes all municipal solid waste (MSW), infectious, and pharmaceutical waste including rendering infectious waste as MSW.
+ Removes trash, recyclables, soiled linen, used supplies and equipment from assigned work area. Disinfects receptacles and carts as needed.
+ Follows all Aramark safety standards, sanitation, and infection control standards and procedures and requirements by the appropriate accredited local agencies.
+ Adheres to all Aramark appearance standards and always wears the required uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
