Orchestration of Data Flows: Coordinate data movements across systems to ensure data is meaningful, accurate, timely, and consistent. Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing data integrations, troubleshoot issues, and perform updates to enhance functionality and performance. Change Management Evaluation: Facilitate change management processes related to data integrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption. This role involves assessing and defining business and technical requirements, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. It ensures data integrations align with the strategy to create universal data access, improving decision-making across PharmSci. The position involves working directly with top management, executives, and stakeholders, focusing on data collection, interpretation, pattern and trend identification, and business management. We are seeking a skilled Data Management Analyst with strong business analysis capabilities to support the design and implementation of data integration, data marts, and data lakes in collaboration with data architects and cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding current and future data needs, translating complex business requirements into effective data models, and ensuring alignment with data governance and regulatory standards within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and analyze data requirements related to banking products, transactions, customers, reporting, and analytics. Design and maintain logical and physical data models that accurately represent core banking operations, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting needs. Translate complex business use cases into optimized data structures (both normalized and de-normalized) suitable for operational and analytical workloads. Support the implementation and evolution of data marts, data warehouses, and integration layers consistent with the enterprise banking data architecture. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient deployment and performance optimization of physical data models handling large financial datasets. Ensure all data models comply with data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and metadata management practices. Prepare and maintain comprehensive data architecture documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage diagrams, to support regulatory, audit, and business requirements. Assist in data lineage, metadata management, and data quality initiatives to promote transparency and trust in data usage. Communicate effectively across multiple teams to anticipate future data needs and contribute to design decisions beyond basic requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, or data management, preferably within banking or financial services. Solid understanding of data governance principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK framework). Deep expertise in logical and physical data modeling for core banking, risk, compliance, financial reporting, and analytics domains. Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, or equivalents. Advanced SQL skills with strong experience handling large and complex financial datasets. Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques. Intermediate understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the APAC region. Experience working with Collibra data governance platform is preferred (non-developer role).
