Job Description

The Stock Control Coordinator is a key position in the Company and will support and contribute to the goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover and accident prevention. The Stock Control coordinator receives, tracks and delivers in house inventory. Troubleshoots inventory problems such as over receipts, over shipped, inaccuracies, receiving issues/discrepancies while partnering with purchasing, manufacturing and service parts to resolve as circumstances arise. Coordinates and prioritizes tasks to complete work load to supply customer shipments and manufacturing with inventory. Utilize JDE system to complete transactions to receive, manage, locate, track and research inventory discrepancies. May work closely with assembly department adding, updating and changing work orders. Gather orders and distributes to pickers. Researches inventory location of parts when there are issues locating a particular item. Instructs others in proper placement and picking of inventory.

**Essential Functions of the Job:**
+ Focus, communicate, encourage and contribute to safety in all aspects of the job and all company meetings.
+ Receiving inventory, prints receipt labels on needed bases, verifies and deliver MRO items, date stamps returns and locating in coming inventory using JDE or RFSmart.
+ Troubleshoots inventory issues; receipt overages, over shipped inventory, inaccurate in house inventory counts and any other receipt discrepancies found.
+ Publish and distribute reports and spreadsheets.
+ May prepare daily customer order report used in customer order slotting.
+ May prepare "picks" and track the execution of those "picks".
+ May prepare daily inventory/customer order/production plan spreadsheet.
+ May verify stock levels daily to capture requirements not picked, thus creating a need to reissue a pick.
+ May retrieve, sort and distribute work order(s), label(s) and drawing(s) to Supervisor(s) for use by production as guides in assembly or manufacturing of product.
+ May retrieve and sort kit sheet(s), and drawings(s) used to execute the pick and deliver process.
+ Track and maintain certain documents and Excel spreadsheets.
+ Pick, package and deliver inventory to designated areas throughout facility(s),
+ Support Supervisor and/or Group Leader to anticipate work required to improve processes and department flow.
+ Track and maintain spreadsheets and graphs as required to support goals and objectives.
+ Scan signed proof of deliveries (POD's) with copy of packing slip to the Purchasing drive so buyers can review.
+ Provide copies of POD's to Accounting to assist with Transformer processing.
+ Obtain documents (pictures, copies, etc.) of material from supply base that does not meet Bush Hog standards and report out to Purchasing staff and direct Supervisor.
+ Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):**
+ Must have knowledge of product or parts.
+ Must have inventory movement practices.
+ Must be able to embrace change with minimal notice.
+ Must be capable of entering inventory movement and corrections to ensure accuracy.
+ Able to review orders and distribute to pickers to minimize number of warehouse locations visited.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and JDE knowledge a plus.
+ Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to solve problems and must have good record keeping skills.
+ Able to sit for extended periods, 3 to 5 hours daily.
+ Frequent walking in and around plant/manufacturing environment.
+ Must have a valid Driver's License in case a forklift license is needed.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Processes a range of scheduled routine operations using Logistics Information Systems (LIS), Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS)/Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS) operators with System Change Package (SCP 11), Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS), experience IOT track and find disposition of ammunition assets through the SAAS pipeline.

Manage stocks, coordinating, and controlling requirements, receipt, issue, transfer, location change, verify information provided on customer DA Form 1687, accept E581 from Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS), disposition of ammunition, turn-in residue, ammunition components and packing materials; provide guidance on using automated Standard Army Ammunition System Modernization (SAAS) system and provide technical assistance to customers.

Responsible for clearing Inbound and Outbound freight shipments and tracing freight identified that is determined to be frustrated using Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS).

Inspects In-bound shipments from notification of consignee for possibility of improper handling by commercial carrier.

Participates in the planning and coordinating of ammunition inventories to ensure the proper carrying out of the overall inventory functions. Participates in causative research on stock record balances not agreeing with inventory counts. Provides detailed comparisons from available information sources to include historical records and SAAS transaction files.

Performs outstanding customer service and support functions; those processes used to support the total requirement of customers to gain logistics support in both combat and peacetime situations.

Research and analyze problems to determine if problems are human error or systemic.

Uses available resources to resolve errors and determine cause of discrepancies and adjustments required to bring stock records into agreement with inventories. Participates in the preparation of various ammunition transaction documents pertaining to stock control functions.

Inspects vehicles for over the road ammunition transport, utilizing the DD Form 626.

Responsible, under the direction of the ASP Supervisor and Supply Tech Lead, for all stock control procedures and SAAS documentation which include scheduling reports; archiving files; storage files maintenance; input; and output.

Participate in providing technical assistance in using the various LIS programs to maintain a complete and accurate database. Maintains hard copy files of supply transactions, voucher numbers, causative research, adjustment documents, document register, and other records related to ASP operations.

Enforce safety, breaks, lunches and works with the Supervisor to implement organizational changes.

Crosstrain ASP personnel on the proper operation of SAAS. Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Compiles/Prepares reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly, as required).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent. Formal training in ammunition handling is required. Training such as 89B (Ammunition Specialist) is highly preferred. Training in ammunition breakdown, distribution and accountability. Special Technical Training in Ammunition such as that conducted by the Defense Ammunition Center, Savanna, IL is also preferred although, equivalent practical experience gained through recent, extensive, day-to-day handling of ammunition may be acceptable in lieu of formal training.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the receipt, issue, storage, shipment and accountability of ammunition and ammunition residue is required as outlined in TM 9-1300-206, FM 9-13 and DA PAM 710-2-1. 5 years of supervisory experience. Must display an in-depth understanding of prescribed safety and security procedures relating to ammunition and explosives. HAZARD and Ammunition Certification.

Two to four years' experience and knowledge in a leadership environment. Managing at least five employees is preferred. Skill set in customer relations, communication, and ability to work well with others.

Must possess and continuously maintain a current State of Colorado Driver's License prior to starting or by 30 days after employment.

Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC and SECRET Clearance. Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.

Material & Equipment Directly Used:

Forklifts (4K, 6K, 10K), other material handling equipment, PC's, printers, fax machine, copier.

Physical Demands & Working Environment

Work is generally conducted in an out-of-doors environment with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions. **QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Team
+ Must have knowledge reading a tape measure (converting fractions to decimals)
+ Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
+ Must be certified or become certified in order picker equipment.
+ Must be willing to travel when needed
+ Conducting oneself in a professional manner always
**Physical Requirements Include:**
+ Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.
+ Use of carts, dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks may be used in non-equipment positions.
+ Operate material handling equipment safely up to the height of 30 feet.
+ May lift up to 50lbs and/or move up to 100lbs with assistive devices

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
**Pay Range:**
$19.85-$23.99 Hourly
