- Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Assistant Store Manager:
- Open availability, including availability during the hours necessary to open and close the store, which includes mornings, days, and nights.
- Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
- Average standard work week of 44 hours but increased during peak sales periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School).
- Supervisor:
- Availability during the hours necessary to open and close the store, which includes mornings, days, and nights.
- Requires a minimum of 5 days of availability.
- Minimum standard of a 30-hour work week.
- All Management:
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with the company's policies are required for the position.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must speak English clearly in order to converse with customers and effectively supervise staff.
- Must be able to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics in order to carry out normal business and understand corporate sales reports.
- May require the ability to move to different locations within the company's network based on operational needs and career growth.
Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged standing approximately five to 14 hours per day.
- During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School), will work for long periods throughout a one to 12-hour day.
- Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
- May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
- Required to lift items weighing 5-25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
- Must have good vision, including color differentiation.
- The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy retail setting.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years' experience in retail leadership strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $19.50 - $0.00 per hour with bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met. Supervisor pay range: 18.50 - 19.10 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.

- Ideal candidates will have core sales management and leadership experience bringing new products to market, developing GTM strategy, scaling a technology sales team, excellent communication skills, and a users first obsession.
- Recruit, develop and lead a global team focused on the Money Management business across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.
- Create structure and focus for GTM ideas and product sales campaigns that the product team is exploring. Drive execution and measurement. Analyze results and make recommendations for action in a timely manner.
- Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
- Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new users at high rates of growth.
- Get hands on engaged in the largest, most strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and helping the team win new customers.
- Lead with clarity and context with a compelling plan in line with Stripe’s direction.
- Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms, suggesting new ideas, sharing best practices, and improving the business and customer engagement model.

Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of technology sales experience
- 10+ years of people leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in payments, card issuing, spend management, or financial services industry
- Experience as a builder who can drive immediate results and rapidly grow the business.
- Passion for building and scaling - you have previously built out the team and operations for a technology company
- Excellent relationship building skills with deep experience communicating with and engaging customers and at all levels
- Ability to explain complex issues in clear, non-technical language and successfully attract new business
- Detailed oriented and excited to help a team navigate all of the operational aspects of a growing organization and office
- Highly analytical and a deep understanding of how to leverage the data that impacts revenue teams
- You can think globally, act regionally, and thrive in a multi-cultural startup environment
- Experience representing an organization publicly and are comfortable communicating with the press, regulators, and our internal employees
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $4 7,000 - 685,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
