The Sales and Management Intern position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." Additionally, Sales and Management Interns perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g., cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Work closely with the Store Manager to develop an understanding of how Buckle's retail business works and what it takes to excel in management.

Sales Generation and Guest Service
- Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
- Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience

Reporting to the Director of Online Operations, the Senior Manager of Digital Commerce Management will lead a team responsible for driving digital publishing and commerce operations, optimizing commerce and content workflows, and driving innovation in content management technology. This leader will balance operational excellence with creative execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences.

Lead a Global, High-Performing Team - Build, mentor, and lead a geographically distributed team of full-time employees, contractors, and managed service vendors, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, agility, quality and continuous improvement.
Scale, optimize & implement Digital Publishing & E-Commerce Operations - Oversee digital commerce execution across customer-facing platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, agility, and efficiency at a global scale.
Strengthen Cross-Functional Partnerships - Work closely with Online Merchandising, Marketing, Marcom, Engineering and Online Operations to drive seamless execution, influence roadmaps and align digital commerce strategies with business goals.
Champion Innovation in Content Management Technology - Partner with Optimization, Product and Engineering teams to enhance commerce management systems, integrating automation, AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Optimize Content Workflow Efficiency - Drive cross-functional teams to develop and implement streamlined, scalable workflows that enhance speed, agility and quality in digital content publishing and commerce operations.
Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce operations, or related fields, with 7+ years of people management experience and 3+ years of experience managing managers or senior ICs, including leading a large team.

Strong talent development experience, including building, scaling, and managing high-performing teams and vendor relationships.

Strong cross-functional leadership and partner management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change management initiatives, driving new ways of working, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $229,300 and $344,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
