**Purpose:**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead of the store team in all aspects of store operations.
+ Day-to-day management of the store.
+ Take responsibility for the training and professional development of team members.
+ Communicate effectively with Regional Management team.
+ Drive sales through applying Burlington techniques and standards as well as identifying innovative new solutions to support sales growth.
+ Ensure and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
+ Ensure appropriate merchandising standards.
+ Control expenses and payroll budgets.
+ Manage the associate experience and handle personnel issues.
+ Model outstanding customer service practices for your team and ensure associates consistently deliver excellent customer service.
+ Will be involved in managing on or more of the following operations: Back of House operations (Receiving/MTA), Markdowns, Point of Service/Front End operations, Selling Floor, Recovery, Sizing, Fitting Rooms, and all individual departments including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, and Baby Depot.
+ Assisting/support management team in all areas of store operations, service, and merchandising.
+ Human Resource Initiatives including but not limited to staffing, hiring, and BEST (scheduling).
All candidates must have **5+ years of Retail Management experience** at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization with experience in managing a multi-million dollar sales volume and expense budget. Candidates must be **available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required** . Travel may also be required from time-to-time.

**Overview of Job Function:**
The Sales Incentive Management Administrator is responsible for designing, creating, and managing complex compensation plans within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. This includes setting up rules, quotas, territories, rates, running calculations, reviewing results, create dashboards, distributing plan documents, and monitoring overall incentive payouts. The role ensures compliance with company policies and regulations while providing access and managing user permissions within the system.
**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
**Plan Design and Configuration:**
+ Build incentive compensation plans based on business objectives, including sales targets, performance metrics, and payout structures.
+ Define complex calculation rules and formulas for incentive payouts.
**Calculation and Reporting:**
+ Generate reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
+ Identify potential issues and discrepancies in calculations.
**User Administration:**
+ Manage user access and security roles within the Incentive Management system.
+ Assign appropriate permissions to users based on their roles and responsibilities.
**Compliance and Audit:**

+ Provide training and support to users on the Incentive Management system.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and/or sales operations, technology or related role
+ Technical: A deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management features, functionalities, and configuration options
+ Business Acumen: General knowledge and understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive compensation strategies
+ Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders across different departments is key for gathering requirements and explaining complex incentive plans and calculations
+ Strong problem-solving skills to execute multiple and concurrent time-sensitive processes
+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

As a Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.

**About the Role:**
The Treasury Management Sales Analyst (TMA) is responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Sales Consultant(s), (TMC). The TMA role will serve as the primary sales support contact to the TMC in assisting with Treasury Management sales related activities within a Community & Business Banking, and/or Middle Market portfolio and in an assigned region.
+ Prepare customized sales proposals, account schematics and proformas. Execute and manage treasury management service agreement, and other client-facing sales related documentation to promote the sale. Collaborate with TMC, technical consultant, business partners, and relationship team in the completion of Treasury Management Relationship Reviews, Working Capital Analysis and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
+ Responsible for owning post-sale activities such as implementation for domestic and international treasury solution implementations, CRM system input, accuracy of sales data, and joining implementation meetings for complex/ongoing implementations; ensure that the implementation and delivery of solution is completed within agreed upon timeframes and within our service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Identify and cross-sell treasury management solutions through needs analysis approach, and use of bank leads technology (USLs). Follow up by phone, or virtually on sales referrals from Community & Business Banking and/or Middle-Market bankers with your TMC.
+ Responsible for follow up and resolution ofproblems;billing issues, assisting clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service, Account Analysis, and other partner teams to provide a prompt response.
+ Lead post-implementation client review process and report status to TMC and relationship team within 30-60-90 days; deliver sales recommendations based on status.
+ Responsible for attending banker education with your TMC(s), and/or Ask the Expert Series, at least one meeting, per quarter in the annual year.
+ Assist with annual re-pricing initiatives by partnering with the TMC, and billing team to ensure existence of exception pricing for respective client accounts, and performing system inputs of approved and new exception pricing
+ Lead and schedule team (POD) meetings with your assigned TMC(s), Implementation Specialist(s), Technical Solutions Consultant, and Support Specialist(s) on a regular basis.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.

+ H.S. Diploma/GED
