Famed Italian Sandwich Shop All'Antico Vinaio is opening a location and is looking for a Store Manager. Responsibilities include, managing the service team, working the sandwich line and cash register, creating schedules, doing payroll implementing merchandising and sales initiatives, and ensuring superb customer service in every customer interaction. You work with the Regional Manager to determine the shops needs and goals, and submit orders to vendors for a variety of different product. This position requires prior management experience in a quick-serve environment (experience with sandwiches a major plus), and our ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, in addition to proven experience leading and supervising other workers.
