In this high-impact, hunter-style role, you'll be charged with identifying, securing, and expanding strategic alliances with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), embedded technology partners (OEMs), value-added resellers, referral partners, consultancies, and Global System Integrators (GSIs). You'll also manage and scale high-potential partnerships that drive significant business revenues.
This is located remotely within the US.
What You Will Work On
- Proactively identify and pursue net-new partner opportunities in the "sell-to," "sell-through," and "sell-with" motions.
- Conduct competitive and market research to map whitespace opportunities and uncover untapped partner segments aligned with Crisis24's offerings.
- Lead end-to-end partner engagement: from prospecting and negotiations to signed deals and onboarding.
- Architect go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners across the Americas, aligning closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product.
- Enable and empower partners to succeed through joint value propositions, solution training, and co-marketing plans.
- Track and report partnership impact: measure lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.
- Deepen relationships with high-performing partners, continuously optimizing for mutual growth.
- Identify technical synergies and leverage API/data integrations to co-create partner-enhanced offerings.
- Travel up to 25% within the Americas region to meet with prospective and current partners, attend industry events, and close key deals.
What You Will Bring
- 5-10+ years of new partner acquisition and strategic alliance experience, with a clear record of meeting or exceeding bookings/revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience selling or enabling SaaS solutions, particularly in complex, enterprise-level environments.
- A hunter mindset - someone who loves chasing down new business, not just managing accounts.
- Strong understanding of partner/channel models and ecosystem motions.
- Deep understanding of one or more key domains, including enterprise risk, threat intelligence, crisis management, business continuity, travel risk management, SaaS technologies, supply chain risk, or critical communications. Sector experience with Enterprise, State and Local Government (SLG), and Federal markets.
- Strategic thinker with a builder's mentality - able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Exceptional communication, pitch, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally to seize high-impact opportunities.
- Experience building partnerships with MSPs, OEMs, resellers, GSIs, and consultancies.
- Familiarity with the Americas market (U.S., Canada, LATAM).
- Spanish language fluency is a strong plus.

About the Role:
As the Strategic Alliance Manager overseeing our global software partners within the Technology Partnerships team, you'll have the opportunity to manage prominent and innovative software partners in the HCM and WFM space, and integrate partner solutions into our HCM, WFM and HRSD products from start to finish. You'll oversee partner enablement, integration design, the go-to-market strategy and partner success?You will also work closely with field alliances and our field sales organizations to ensure product partner solutions add value to their UKG opportunities when appropriate.
This unique role leverages a diverse skill set and requires motivation, energy, and someone passionate about global alliances and the HR technology industry. The Technology Partnerships team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires someone that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the executive, product, technology, sales, marketing and legal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives throughout the organization?
- Help set and drive global product and go-to-market strategy for UKG.
- Maintain direct and engaging relationships with existing partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative evaluation of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate joint sales activities and drive new business opportunities with key partners.
- Keep up to date on global industry news and WFM/HCM trends to drive strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Management Consulting, Channel Sales, or Alliance/partner experience
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS business experience
- 3+ years Human Capital Management and/or Workforce Management industry knowledge
- Software Integration experience
