What You'll Accomplish
- Act as the main project contributor for strategy engagements
- Design initial research processes alongside the Manager, Strategic Consulting & Research
- Perform market and fan research
- Clean, organize, and analyze primary data sets
- Create and assist in presenting research reports, findings, and recommendations to partners
- Act as a point of contact for current partners, organizing project status meetings as appropriate
- Assist the Manager, Strategic Consulting & Research in the execution of Strategy's growth and development
- Participate in new business creation through needs assessments at both current and potential partners
- Bolster Playfly Aspire's industry leader positioning through market research and contributions to thought pieces/white papers for publication in relevant trade journals and, when applicable, presented at industry conferences
- Identify and analyze published research and data regarding marketing, fan experience, and ticketing within the sport and entertainment industry

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably quantitative in nature) required
- Experience with survey design platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.) required
- Experience synthesizing disorganized data and reporting findings required
- Experience with secondary research practices/databases required
- Experience working as a market researcher or in a related position preferred
- Experience presenting research findings directly to key decision makers preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis and reporting packages (e.g. SPSS, SAS, etc.), databases (e.g. SQL, etc.), and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, VBA, etc.) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for concurrent projects and clients

Compensation

+ Identify opportunities for expansion of service offerings, internal and external to IQVIA, by developing and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
+ Support community building with activities including recruitment, coaching, management of resources and network development (both juniors and seniors) to collaborate with for delivery and/or business development purposes
+ Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others to help develop individuals and capabilities delivering world-class solutions for clients
+ Participate in annual performance review team processes
+ Engage in recruitment and selection of new staff
+ Remain current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues with assigned clients
**Candidates interested in joining as a Principal, PCS will need:**
+ 10+ years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression
+ 7+ years of project management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects
+ Proven experience designing and developing clinical outcomes assessments
+ Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership and people development
+ Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and the associated methods, in a meaningful manner with depth of content knowledge
+ Strong experience in PCS/Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
+ An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing custom, strategic client solutions and the capability to deliver the same
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; advanced degree highly preferred
+ Willingness and ability to travel
