We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Lead to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and success of our flagship operational platform. Essential Functions:

Product Strategy

Qualifications

Good Faith Compensation
The good faith compensation salary for this role is 120,000 - 150,000 USD,commensurate with experience.Salaries outside of USD will be adjusted for the market and cost of living for the region.

Title: Business Strategy Consultant Location: Remote, EST hours required. Duration: 4-month contract Every successful team at Converse needs a brilliant plan. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Strategy Manager who will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute Converse’s global long-term strategy, management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities, and to catalyze action against these priorities. Strategy Managers also serve as critical thought partners to senior leaders to help drive tangible growth and galvanize our teams! WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving Converse’s long-term growth strategy forward. Working on cross-functional project teams, you'll support general management in identifying and evaluating critical priorities and/or strategic problems that ultimately lead to critical action. You'll provide research and analytical support as part of a cross-functional team to identify and evaluate critical strategic opportunities. You’ll bring all these components together in the annual strategic planning process. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will be supporting senior leadership within in a cross-functional environment closely collaborating with the following: Converse Senior Leadership Team including Converse Strategy and Nike Strategy partners Converse Global Functions and Geography teams Finance and HR WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, investment banking, or related experience Or 4+ years' total experience with an MBA / master's degree Or 7+ years' total experience in lieu of a degree Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models Experience conducting and/or analyzing research related to consumers, industries, and competitors Shown problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience running multiple simultaneous projects Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment Shown experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership, maximizing excellent written and oral communication skills Apparel/footwear, retail, merchandising, digital commerce, digital services, and/or experience in consumer-facing industries and shown understanding of the competitive landscape / retail marketplace preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr

Outgo is a fintech platform built specifically for truckers' needs. We provide a vertical banking solution that combines invoicing, accounting, factoring, and banking in one platform to optimize cash flow and eliminate exorbitant rates, hidden fees, and long contracts. Our mission is to revolutionize money management for trucking companies and help them save money while growing their businesses. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a new Business Strategy team. This role will be responsible for driving strategy and improving efficiency across our various business teams. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, support product direction, and enhance team performance through the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate is proficient in financial and business analysis and is capable of independent critical thinking. As a growth stage company it's necessary for every member of the team to wear many hats. You'll be supporting several teams initially, including sales, marketing, onboarding, underwriting, risk and factoring operations, each with very different goals and processes. You are someone who: Has an analytical mindset and think critically and independently You believe that data-driven decision making is critical to the success of an organization and good analysis is an extremely high leverage activity You are curious and have a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement You are thoughtful about the presentation of your work and communicate You check your work You're able to partner cross functionally and collaborate with management of different teams to drive results You're able to distill analytical work into digestible presentations and communicate learnings clearly You are willing to work hard to win What You'll Do Strategic & ad-hoc analysis: Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across Operations, Risk, Growth, and Support functions; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and drive performance. Performance reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports tracking financial, operational, and team-specific KPIs; highlight emerging trends for leadership and functional managers. Leadership: Prepare materials for executive leadership team presentations and assist with questions and requests for information. Growth: Analyze receivables, collections, and underwriting performance to inform credit policy and loss forecasting. Partnerships: Support evaluation of strategic partnerships and preparation of discussion materials. Treasury operations & credit management: Forecast daily and weekly cash flows; recommend credit facility draws, monitor liquidity, and produce borrowing base certificates and related collateral reporting required by credit partners. The Skills and Experience You'll Bring 2+ years experience in analytics or financial modeling, e.g. investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance or strategy Expertise in Excel modeling and data analysis - you will be tested on this Competency in, or willingness to learn, SQL and/or other data analytics tools Bonus for experience with Tableau Why DAT?
