Revolution is hiring a Cultivation Supervisor who will be responsible for planning day-to-day work tasks for the assigned section, ensuring Revolution-approved processes are followed at all times, and delegating tasks to section cultivators. The Cultivation Supervisor ensures plant health is maintained, maximum genetic potential of every strain is achieved, and is the subject matter expert (SME) on at least one element within the section. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with a focus on continuous improvement and training for team members. The candidate selected for this role will be assigned to the Propagation section, with responsibility for the mother's room(s), hot house, cloning, and propagation.
Essential Functions:

- Observe all safety and biosecurity practices and guidelines while executing tasks.
- Ensure all section tasks are completed correctly and on time using the Revolution-approved standard operating processes.
- Coordinate scheduled crop work with the Cultivation Manager and section team.
- Understand and effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to team.
- Develop and maintain schedules and quality control measures.
- Manage team performance and attendance.
- Mentor, coach, and train Cultivation Technicians.
- Supervise and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure that the cultivation technicians and department stay current with all applicable licensing as well as all required record retention

The initial license trainee will engage in a combination of classroom instruction, simulator training, and on-the-job experience, to acquire the essential skill and knowledge to meet the qualification for a Senior Reactor Operator License holder. Job Responsibilities

**Job Summary while in training to obtain an NRC License**
The initial license trainee will engage in a combination of classroom instruction, simulator training, and on-the-job experience, to acquire the essential skill and knowledge to meet the qualification for a Senior Reactor Operator License holder. Upon completion of the qualification the candidate will be fully licensed by the NRC to supervise the operations of the reactor control room.

**Job Summary**

Shift work, continuous training with periodic examinations, respirator qualification, and maintaining qualification as a member of the plant Fire Brigade are all requirements of this position.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Successfully passing the Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) and Basic Math and Science Test (BMST) pre-employment tests
+ Must successfully complete a FLS Leadership Assessment
+ And meet or exceed one of the following:
+ 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility. Comparable is PWR to PWR or BWR to BWR and non-comparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR.
+ 1.5 years or more in a position equivalent to Reactor Operator (or Supervisor) at military reactor (i.e., Power Plant Watch Engineer, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Reactor Operator, Engineering Officer of the Watch, Propulsion Plant Watch Supervisor). Must have 1.5 years after qualification.
+ Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5 years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry, or accredited training at a comparable (BWR or PWR) facility. Managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor experience at non-comparable plant may be credited on a 1.5:1.0 basis (i.e., over 2.25 years required for non-comparable facility), and 3 years required for a nontraditional degree.
