This role is based at a facility in Roanoke, Indiana, responsible for managing all maintenance activities that are not on the production line within a 5,000,000 square foot General Motors facility. The Operations Supervisor will be tasked with setting and executing budgets, driving continuous improvement and process improvement projects, implementing corporate programs, and managing project execution. This position also includes reporting on operational efficiencies to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, adept at giving and receiving feedback, and focused on the development of their team members.
