Shift Supervisor Range: $16.87-$20.35

Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates and current Team Members who demonstrate our values may be selected by exempt management for the Shift Supervisor position and will undergo on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As a part of the leadership team, they are an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. They are master resolvers with guest interactions, driven to optimize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Candidates and current Team Members selected for this role may work in this position as well as other hourly roles they are certified in and are scheduled based upon restaurant need.

• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred

Required Experience:

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and history:

• Minimum of one-year restaurant shift supervisor experience to include setting and maintaining inventory, schedules and other operational metrics.

• Exceptional service aptitude with a passion for hospitality

• Experience in financials to include use of spreadsheets, payroll, Aloha, or similar programs and knowledge of P&L’s.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, manages time efficiently

• Aptitude towards constant learning, and be receptive to coaching and criticism

Additional Requirements:

• Must have evening availability to work until the restaurant closes

• Must be punctual (on time and dependable)

• Must be able to work in a team environment

• Must be willing to undergo a background check

• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.

• Will be required to lift up to 55 pounds during the course of a workday.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and customer needs.

• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
