Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates and current Team Members who demonstrate our values may be selected by exempt management for the Shift Supervisor position and will undergo on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As a part of the leadership team, they are an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. - Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction

Position Overview:
The Millwright Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Millwrights and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of millwright performed at the assigned location.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the supervision of a crew that works on the operation of large industrial equipment such as power generators, turbines, mining devices, assembly line machinery, and machinist tools.
- Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
- Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
- Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
- Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
- Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
- Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
- Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.

Education and Experience
- Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
- Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.

Position Summary
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed in order to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and also learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions.
