Position Responsibilities:
+ The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts
+ As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in retail accounts
+ You will utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures
+ You will review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among Merchandisers
+ You will utilize a software system for tracking, supporting, and re-routing Merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience ?
+ Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
+ Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
+ Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

**Position Summary:**
The Accounting Supervisor will be a member of our Accounting and Finance group and will be exposed to all aspects of the business through experiential learning and mentorship opportunities with the ultimate goal of development within the company. This position has responsibility for overseeing the operations in at least one of the following areas - Accounts Receivable/Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, or Intercompany. They oversee a team, and play an integral role in developing and documenting standardized procedures.
**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:**
+ Responsible for period-end close process, the general ledger, and monthly account reconciliations.
+ Month/ Year End Close Process
+ Drive the month-end / year-end close process
+ Prepare month-end journal entries and assess reasonableness of information
+ Assist with internal audits and year-end external audits
+ Perform account analysis
+ Account Reconciliations and Analysis
+ Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis
+ Identify and resolve significant variances
+ Prepare and post reconciling journal entries
+ Analyze subsidiary ledgers and coordinate with departments (AP, Credit, etc.) to address reconciling items and account detail
+ Support divisions, departments and Financial Planning and Analysis team with GL research
+ Enforce corporate policies and GAAP
+ Prepare documentation of finance processes as required
+ General Ledger Maintenance
+ Maintain the company chart of accounts
+ Ensure that GL accounts are being utilized in accordance with corporate policy and GAAP
+ Become a subject matter expert on the GL system and close processes

- Responsible for nightly production reporting
- Team with Process Manager and Production Manager with the continual evaluation of production and efficiency records to improve equipment capabilities and outputs.
- Help develop the weekly and/or monthly production schedule and employee staffing in accordance to business needs.
- Maintain and improve all plant sanitation programs. Responsible for keeping the plant clean and orderly at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs with Maintenance department as necessary and coordinate preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company, state and federal safety and regulatory policies and practices.
- Assist with period-end and year-end balancing of inventories.
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years previous management experience, preferably in a dairy processing plant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of computer software applications
