Description:
Assist and coach Team Leaders and Team Members on 5S (sweep, sort, sift, sanitize and sustain) activities in the departments assigned.
2. Assist in the identification of contamination sources and establish countermeasures to
eliminate.
Manage machine classification based on cost deployment and breakdown maps. Lead
OEE, MTBF, and MTTR analysis, driving proper measures to reduce and/or eliminate
breakdowns and minor stoppages to achieve zero losses.
Lead spare parts management activities, striving for minimal loss due to part
availability.
Monitor and drive CILR (cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, re-tightening) ownership as identified on the AM calendar for model machines and expansion areas.
Assist in the reduction of CILR time to improve overall OEE.
Implement the use of visual controls to improve the overall workplace by providing a status at a glance.
Support the cross functional team in the Top 5 problem identification process while utilizing WCM tools to reduce/eliminate variation.
Responsible for attaining daily production output including the implementation of preventive and preditive maintenance programs in the area(s).
Provide all required maintenance support for machinery and process related activities in the production lines.
Ensure the safety and integrity of all involved parties in the work environment.
Facilitate communication between departments, lines, and internal suppliers (external
to respective area, internal to plant infrastructure).
Obtain outside resources and information when technical challenges exceed capability
of the cross-functional team.
Lead the effort in the definition and catalog of spare parts.
Drive the EWO (emergency work order) process to document all equipment failure issues.
Assist in the updating of job instructions, one point lessons, and pre-flight checklists in the area(s) of responsibility.
Analyze process parameters influencing product variation and assist production teams and engineers in the identification of root cause and coordination of process improvement/saving actions.
18.Participation in PFMEA (process failure model effects analysis) activities in the area of
responsibility.
Participation in the implementation of the AM (autonomous maintenance), PM (professional maintenance), QC (quality control), FI (focused improvement), and PD (people development) pillar standards using WCM methodology.
20. Assist production teams in tracking KPI's (key performance indicators) utilizing the systems and tools available.
Fill in as Production Business Unit Leader as required.
22. Support all activities required by the Production Business Unit Leader to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost in the area(s) of responsibility.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and GED
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant
from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
• Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated troubleshooting problem solving experience
• Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ensure the Diversion Control Plan is in place and is always enforced within the facility.
- Consult in the development of the policies and procedures for medication administration or assistance with self-administration of medication or both.
- Administer / dispense medication under the direction of the physician.
- Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is adhered to within the facility.
- Administer and interpret Mantoux testing.
- Schedules appointments for patients to see the physician, provides lab work, and referrals for additional follow-up care.
- Provide training to nursing team in medical and health/safety matters and properly maintaining medical equipment.
- Assess patient response to treatment and medication dosage/interactions and determine appropriateness for dosing.
- Participate in case conferences, offering professional observations.
- Must document nursing progress notes on all patients.
- Orders medical supplies, maintains a proper inventory and record of use as per regulations.
- Maintains all medical records including but not limited to individual charts, daily medication charts, dosage records, progress notes, Doctor's orders, etc., as required.
- Educates patients about methadone/buprenorphine and their side effects. Counselors include personal hygiene, abnormal lab results, HIV/AIDS testing, and all medical matters including changes in treatment.
- Discusses with physicians and teammates important changes in treatment or noted patterns of behavior affecting treatment.
- Provides referral for specialized care at local health centers (e.g., Planned Parenthood, prenatal clinic, HIV/AIDS testing sites, etc.) and follow-up on patients' attendance and treatment.
- Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.
- Attend ongoing training per program/Federal/ State requirements.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor
**Location:** Kokomo, IN
**Pay Range:** $34/h + Benefits
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist and coach Team Leaders and Team Members on 5S activities in the assigned departments.
+ Identify contamination sources and establish countermeasures to eliminate them.
+ Manage machine classification based on cost deployment and breakdown maps, leading OEE, MTBF, and MTTR analysis.
+ Lead spare parts management activities, striving for minimal loss due to part availability.
+ Facilitate communication between departments and provide maintenance support for machinery and process-related activities.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED, ( Bachelors degree in technical/engineering field preferred)
+ Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.
+ Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and build effective business relationships.
+ Experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment
+ Experience with: controls, robotics, drives and system level communication systems, sealing systems, glass cell systems, various conveyance systems, welding - all types, paint process and associated systems, visionsystems and sensors use and application.
+ Must have a valid driver's license and be available for any shift.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the HACCP program including record keeping, logs, trend reporting, and validation testing schedules.
- Maintain and oversee all HACCP/FOOD Safety record keeping.
- Conduct annual HACCP validations, reassessments, and initial validations for new products.
- Conduct HACCP and GMP/SSOP training for the HACCP team.
- Interact with USDA inspector on HACCP / SSOP related issues. Ensure that any follow up concerns are communicated back to QA Leader
- Perform Pre-shipment review of all CCP documentation.
- Responsible for all supervisory activities including, but not limited to, scheduling, performance, hiring, discipline, coaching, training and development and termination recommendations.
- Facilitate transitions between shifts and seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and Production Management
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times by having safe work instructions, practices, and procedures in place for all positions and ensuring that employees are trained to understand and comply with those procedures. Apply corrective action consistently when required.
- Continuously monitor, through subordinates, plant operations to ensure compliance with all quality and food safety programs through regular adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), performance of sanitation audits, food safety checks (HACCP), and product quality checks conducted according to organization policies. Actively participate in prevention and correction of quality-related errors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and recommending changes within own area of responsibility
- Prepare a variety of routine and special reports that document testing activities, test results, and operational issues involving product quality and safety such as swab tests, finished product tests, and HACCP audits.
- Administer the product recall program and disposition of returned products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
- 0-2 years of related experience is preferred.
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and leadership skills.
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to work in conditions, which include multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
- Additionally, candidate must interact well with other employees, work overtime as needed, be able to work in food manufacturing facility and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in food science, or a related field, or equivalent amount of food industry experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment
- Position requires the physical agility to perform continuous lifting up to 15 pounds, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
- Work can be performed within a manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of powered equipment, people and conveyor.
- Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.
- Position requires the physical ability to stand/walk for duration of required work hour.
