The Associate Finance Director - Supply Chain Manufacturing will support the North America Tissue Manufacturing organization. This high-impact role serves as a strategic advisor and thought leader to the Sr Director of NA Tissue Manufacturing, playing a pivotal role in accelerating cost savings, driving continuous improvement, and shaping strategic plans across our manufacturing network. The goal: to enable both Family Care and KC Professional businesses to fund innovation and consistently deliver high-quality products-at the right cost, on time, every time.
In this role, you will:
Partner with the Sr Director, Manufacturing, North America Tissue to advance the Supply Chain strategy, leveraging standard practices and processes to drive end-to-end supply chain integration.
Actively participate in building and executing supply chain manufacturing capabilities, business strategies, objectives, and plans. Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of projects/initiatives as required by the Sr Director, Manufacturing, North America Tissue and his/her deputies.
Apply financial concepts in an end-to-end business context covering manufacturing capacity planning and asset utilization, capital planning and investments across Tissue manufacturing.
Overall ownership of Tissue plant manufacturing forecast and actuals results process and governance.
The role will provide direct coaching, leadership, and direction to the 8 Tissue Plant Finance Mangers.
Valued partner within NA cost transformation program working closely with the plant manufacturing teams to drive and optimize manufacturing WAVE cost savings and a future savings pipeline.
