+ Building Oracle ERP technology solutions that transform clients' Program and Portfolio Management functions.
+ Lead ing Cloud SCM implementations with a specialization in Manufacturing and Planning modules (Discrete, Process, or Lean Manufacturing).
+ Configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud modules such as Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Work in Process, etc.

+ Guiding the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
+ Guiding performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community.
+ Partner ing with clients to optimize manufacturing KPIs through digital transformation and Oracle best practices.

+ Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network , including with senior executives ?

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., MIS, CIS)
+ 7 + years working in in professional services .
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
+ Professional Certification in Oracle Cloud preferred.

Our clients direct-to-consumer ecommerce team is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to develop both short term and long term forecast and business plan for Mobile business. This candidate will be responsible to manage weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast for both Quantity and Average Sales Price with high accuracy using analytics and build models based on Ecommerce sales drivers, promotional analysis and using category specific business knowledge.

The individual is expected to be hands-on to prepare Sales forecasting, Pricing forecast and to evaluate Ecommerce sales drivers (Traffic, conversion rate), impact of promotions on different sales platforms, and creating what-if scenarios to achieve business goals. The role also requires building PSI at sku level for assigned categories and work with category team to align on the forecast and work with central PM and SCM teams to align on supply plan and inventory management. The candidate should analyze pricing drivers and build investment profile based on pricing changes for assigned categories. A successful candidate is highly analytical with critical thinking skills and business savvy, be adaptive and able to work cross functionally to influence sales and operations teams working towards a common goal in a highly matrixed, fast pacing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on to build Sales forecasting using several variables (Traffic, Seasonality, multiple promos etc.)
  • Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast for quantity, sales price and revenue and track Achievement rate KPIs
  • Promotional analysis to develop forecasts, and average sales price
  • Own and build PSI at sku level for sellout, sellin, shipment and delivery along with inventory view each week
  • Upload forecasts into SCM systems accurately each week
  • Develop long term forecast and NPI forecasts and upload into SCM system
  • Track inventory arrival and movement to warehouse
  • Manage aging, confirm SOP and manage all part of supply chain for assigned category
  • Deep understanding of Mobile business
  • Lead category calls and get alignment on sales forecast, demand and inventory plan
  • Work with Category Management, Finance, supply chain, business operations and logistics team to deliver monthly revenue

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Ecommerce business planning, supply chain management, category management and/or data and analytics-intensive role with an emphasis on Quantitative analytics
  • Experience in pricing and promotion analytics
  • Bachelors degree in Business/Economics or in math/analytics/engineering is required
  • MBA from a premier institute would be a plus
  • Hands-on with advanced excel with attention to detail to integrate complex data to build forecasting and to perform analysis
  • Experience of handling PSI for Mobile business will be a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL/Tableau to pull historical promo data for analysis and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of ML/AI models for forecasting, pricing and promotional analytics for business analytics will be a plus
  • Creative thinker with excellent business acumen, analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling
  • High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $86,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 121,700 to 211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This on-site role near Canton, TX is responsible for procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives
  • Oversee purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance
  • Collaborate closely with production and service teams to ensure material availability and operational continuity
  • Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including OTIF and inventory turns
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2-5 direct reports
Key Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred)
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and implement data-driven solutions
Educational & Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within manufacturing
  • Professional certifications (APICS, CPIM, CPSM) are a plus
