Collins Mission Systems is looking for a talented Principal Supply Chain Management Specialist/ Material Program Manager (MPM) to work within the Resilient Navigation Solutions portfolio which is focused on cutting edge design and development. This position will support Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) program.
The Principal Supply Chain Management Specialist/MPM will be highly motivated and capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives and be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management. This is an individual contributor role who will be able to exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the program and the program IPT team. This role will be the primary point of contact to management and internal customers which include the Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain Proposal Excellence, and Estimating & Pricing teams.
This is a Remote role, preference for candidates within the western US region or the ability to work within PST schedule.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Manage all proposal efforts from cradle-to-grave, understand customer Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI), build supplier relationships to provide and adjudicate timely quotes, build Material Cost Summary (MCS) with supporting documents for compliance and audit purposes, and present Gate 4 proposal strategy and activities to program and supply chain leadership teams
+ Develop and execute the Supply Chain Program Strategy and Material Program Plan
+ Advise the program management office and leadership team on those strategies and progress
+ Guide multiple functions on developing Supplier Statement of Work (SSOWs) and ensuring adherence to RTX policies
+ Plan and execute supplier and subcontractor negotiations and performance management
+ Generate supplier risk and opportunity management plans, including Six Sigma activities
+ Support leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Program Reviews, and Customer Reviews
+ Represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives. Serve as the liaison between the Program Executive, Program Managers, IPTs and the Supply Chain organization
+ Oversee all SCM activities needed to meet program requirements, and ensuring a strong link within and between various Supply Chain functions, including Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control
+ Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
+ Experience utilizing manufacturing or enterprise planning tools such as SAP or PRISM
+ Experience leading or participating in a project or cross-functional teams
+ Material Program Management (MPM) Certification required within one (1) year in the role
+ Prior work experience in the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

**What you'll do:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Director of Supply Chain Enabling** to support the Direct Materials supply chain at Western Digital. This leader will be responsible for coordinating supply readiness, capacity scaling, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation to support successful new product introductions (NPIs), volume transitions, and manufacturing scale-ups. Job Description

The Senior Supply Chain Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing key supplier relationships, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensuring cost-effective procurement across specific commodity categories. This is a principal level individual contributor role focused specifically on unique Hard Disk Drive technologies, reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing for Heads & Media. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, cost reduction strategies, and commodity market analysis. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, maintain supply continuity, and enhance supplier performance. Candidate will play a key role in coaching team members, fostering a collaborative environment across matrixed teams, and driving continuous improvement in contracting and negotiation skills throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commodity Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of commodity-specific sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality, cost-effective materials.

As a key player in the Data & Analytics Function, you will oversee the complete analytics life-cycle to derive insights that shape strategic business decisions and reveal opportunities for a competitive edge. Your role focuses on the Pharma Supply Chain (PSS) area, engaging in significant analytics projects that cover Transportation, DC Operations, and Inventory Management.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with clients to define and clarify complex business problems.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify root causes and test hypotheses.
  • Design and implement ML/AI products that drive results.
  • Effectively communicate the financial and operational impacts of your recommendations.
  • Work alongside a talented team of data scientists to bring solutions to production.
  • Engage in ML Ops activities to ensure the integrity of deployed models.
  • Provide support for existing solutions as required.

What You Bring:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Data Science, ML Ops, or Data Analytics.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in business case discovery and understanding supply chain analytics is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
