Position Summary

Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and scalability. Nature of Supervision This role operates with a high level of autonomy, using deep expertise to drive initiatives forward with minimal guidance. Large-scale projects and strategic decisions will be reviewed in collaboration with senior leadership. Planning and Problem Solving The incumbent is responsible for prioritizing multiple assignments, meeting tight deadlines, and managing complex initiatives that impact network efficiency, cost structures, and service levels. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations. Experience in network modeling, facility design, or capability development. Strong financial acumen with experience in capital planning and vendor negotiations. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience working with IT teams on supply chain technology solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in omnichannel fulfillment and e-commerce supply chain strategies. Familiarity with supply chain modeling tools and software. The annual salary range for this role is $68,640 - $82,368. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. What youll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
  • Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service

  • Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, youll need:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

Itd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Handle or manage tools or equipment
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

12-Month Contract: Contract Business Analyst Supply Chain Transformation (Order & Build / Plan & Buy)

We are undergoing a major Supply Chain digital transformation and implementing SAP S/4HANA across the enterprise. To support this effort, we are hiring two Contract Business Analysts - one focused on Order & Build (Manufacturing and Logistics), and another on Plan & Buy (Planning and Procurement). Both roles will help define, design, and drive new business processes that will shape how our products are built, sourced, and delivered.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact project from within a global, forward-thinking team, working alongside stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT. These 12-month contracts offer a chance to contribute to one of the most visible and strategic transformation initiatives in the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to define business needs and future-state processes
  • Map current and future process flows using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA
  • For Order & Build:
    • Optimize Assemble-to-Order (ATO) models, bill of materials, and logistics workflows
    • Analyze and enhance Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Execution, and Global Trade Services processes
  • For Plan & Buy:
    • Improve processes across Forecasting, MRP, Procurement, Source-to-Pay, and Supplier Collaboration
    • Work closely with Planning and Procurement teams to define ERP needs and solution designs
  • Support test planning, UAT execution, training, and change management
  • Collaborate with SAP architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure solutions align with best practices
  • Monitor project milestones, flag risks, and provide clear updates to leadership
  • Stay aligned with evolving BPM methodologies and ERP implementation trends
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects
  • Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
    • Manufacturing, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, ATO/CTO models
    • Advanced Planning, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Settle, Supplier Management
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (plus: SAP Ariba, IBP, GTS)
  • Strong documentation and visualization skills using Lucidchart, Visio, etc.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
  • Highly analytical, process-driven, and collaborative in nature
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA. office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
