How You’ll Make An Impact: The Vice President, Finance, Global Supply Chain will serve as a critical business partner to the Head of Global Supply Chain, providing strategic financial leadership and guidance, and operational insight to help drive business alignment, performance, and results across Bio-Rad’s global supply chain organization. A key component of the role is leading and developing a finance team that supports global supply chain operations and helping evolve the function into a world class organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead global supply chain finance strategy , overseeing a $1.6 billion annual budget and delivering financial leadership across planning, procurement, production, distribution, logistics, and New Product Introduction (NPI), with a strong focus on driving organic growth, margin expansion, and working capital improvement. Partner with GSC leadership and functional teams to align financial planning, forecasting, and performance management with global supply chain strategies and enterprise-wide business objectives. Build, lead, coach, inspire and develop a high-performing global finance team dedicated to supporting Bio-Rad’s supply chain operations with timely, accurate, and strategic financial analysis. Implement lean manufacturing principles to boost cost transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial and operational processes. Develop and monitor financial KPIs and supply chain metrics ; lead monthly performance reviews and drive accountability for results. Provide robust scenario analysis and business cases to support investment decisions, make/buy analyses, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization initiatives. Support transformation initiatives , including digital finance, systems integration, and process redesign aimed at scaling Bio-Rad’s global operations. What You Bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to global supply chain and operations in a manufacturing or life sciences environment. Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their financial impact. Proven experience in finance business partnering, with a track record of influencing operational leaders and driving value-added decisions Demonstrated leadership ability to build and develop teams, ideally in a matrixed or global setting. What would you do?
Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Senior Manager level, it could be:
+ Lead projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing driving complex business and technology transformations and providing strategic advice across areas such as Planning, Manufacturing and Fulfilment - including
+ Lead diverse, global Accenture teams setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement
+ Create supply chain and Manufacturing thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
+ Shape client's transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment using deep knowledge of planning, manufacturing or logistics and fulfilment
+ Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various technical solutions.
+ Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services across Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Fulfilment
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience at a consulting in management consulting or strategy consulting firm or 6 years of internal consulting project-based experience within Life Sciences (biopharma or medical device)
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
