We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in Shoreview, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement activities, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring smooth operations to support production schedules. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with company policies and operational needs.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed, approved, and verified for accuracy and supplier compliance.
- Expedite orders and materials to meet production schedules and minimize delays.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries, quality standards, and adherence to pricing agreements.
- Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays, discrepancies, or non-compliance, escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for production.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive consistency and performance improvements.
- Generate and analyze reports on supplier performance, inventory levels, and order statuses.
- Create dashboards to track critical supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Support supply chain optimization projects by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.

**Position Summary:**
Supports and manages all subcontracted and purchased material for the Armament Systems Business Unit. Coordinate activities of various Supply Chain disciplines by creating and participating in program level Supply Chain strategies and plans. Ensure the placement and receipt of all material requirements to meet those strategies and plans in support of program requirements including complete material management / ownership (schedule, cost and Material EAC). This individual is the liaison between the program office and the Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all program specific material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. Will represent Supply Chain to the Customer, Program Management and Weapons Systems management. This individual may be responsible for multiple programs, which will have numerous variations in responsibilities from simple to complex. This individual will manage all program proposal Supply Chain activities in support of strategic pursuits to enable success of each program. International experience is desired.
The Sr. Principal Supply Chain Specialist functions include, but are not limited to, functioning as the "owner" of the materials i.e. Deputy Program Manager for all material related items. This includes: developing material strategies on complex programs; facilitate Make/Buy decisions; prepare and execute Material Program Plans (MPPs) which includes both cost and schedule; identifying and mitigating complex program risks as they pertain to material requirements; achieve program material budget objectives by developing a set of strategies that will achieve those directives; gather estimate at complete (EAC) data and managing program purchase requirements to meet production build schedules; work closely with Subcontracts and Purchasing with resolving Supply Chain issues for the program and work closely with the program office in resolving program material cost problems. Manage a material cost account under a program with EVMS requirements and cost accounting responsibility (material and labor) for an assigned program. - Ensure high quality products from suppliers within programs of responsibility (Supplier Quality >98%).
- Develop and execute strategic commodity plans and procurement process improvements to ensure future / long term program success.
- Lead a group of purchasing professionals in the development of sourcing strategies, bid package preparation, supplier evaluation and selection.

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $05,800.00Salary Range 2: 87,000.00 - 130,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Basic Qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze data, formulate clear proposals, and present them effectively to all stakeholders to gain buy-in.
+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.
+ Once approved, take ownership of implementation, providing daily status updates and ensuring timely execution.
+ Demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle criticism constructively.
+ Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.
