About this role
Carrier Global Material Planning is hiring a Supply Planner (Finished Goods) who will lead end-to-end procurement for DLS product lines, directly influencing our residential success, drive high-stakes projects (i/e., safety stock and inventory strategy, lead-time reduction, SIOP process improvement) while collaborating with APAC teams.
This is an onsite role base out of Atlanta, Indianapolis or Palm Beach Gardens with interaction with some suppliers in Asia. The Supply Planner (Finished Goods) role requires working across different time zones and outside normal US work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Place and track purchase orders in SAP for both product lines, ensure alignment with sales forecasts and customer request dates.
- Monitor factory shipment schedules and inbound logistics to internal/customer warehouses
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Demand Planning to adjust VRF procurement strategies based on market trends
- Work closely with Program Managers to prioritize DLS orders per customer sales orders
Supplier & Data Management
- Lead weekly alignment calls with Asian suppliers to resolve production/delivery bottlenecks
- Analyze procurement data (Excel/Power BI) to identify production risks and improvement opportunities
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain 98%+ on-time delivery rate through proactive exception management
- Generate weekly supplier performance dashboards for leadership review
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing supply planning
- 1+ years of experience in any ERP systems i.e. SAP/Oracle
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis tools i.e. Excel/ Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing planning
- Experience managing Asian Suppliers across different time zones.
