Summary
Responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory. This position will also be responsible to plan and perform analysis and maintenance of all data supporting effective and efficient Distribution planning schedules, ensuring that maximum efficiencies and lowest possible cost delivery methods are applied to all DSD planned load s. This position will also be responsible for planning and scheduling assigned club stores/ alternate route to market (ARTM) accounts and ensure in stock availability and on time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members, both in the office and in the trade.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manages drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked.
- Manage and audit team member's timekeeping.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
- Serve as liaison between distribution, warehouse, and sales.
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
- Utilize appropriate planning and Load Creation software to identify and provide the lowest cost delivery solutions.
- Utilize and develop plans to improve KBI's and KPI's along with other performance indicators.
- Ensure sufficient data integrity exists for accurate and timely dispatch for all distribution operations.
- Provide daily communication cross functionally across Liberty
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
- 1-3 years' planning or analytical experience.
- Requires experience managing people/budgets.
- Intermediate to advanced computer and database application skills, including experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- CDL preferred.

HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Intelligence Analyst for a hybrid of telework and work at the client's site in Baltimore (Woodlawn) MD. As a Supply Chain Risk Management Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) efforts. Your responsibilities will include initiating, integrating, managing, assessing, and providing focused analysis to enhance our SCRM operations. You will collaborate with CMS leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure the mission and objectives of CMS are met.
What You Will Do
+ Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts.
+ Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRM analysis.
+ Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for the integration of counterintelligence (CI) activities in alignment with CMS mission and objectives.
+ Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production and gather valuable insights.
+ Collaborate closely with CMS leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure effective coordination and information sharing.

What We Are Looking For
+ 9 years relevant experience with bachelor's in related field; 7 years relevant experience with master's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
+ Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools.
+ Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of SCRM programs and provide expertise in the development of assessments.
+ Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner, specifically targeted at senior leader communication.
+ Ability to recognize nuances, resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information, and provide accurate and reliable analysis.
+ Proficiency in reviewing analytic products for cogent arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions.
+ Proven ability to define comprehensive and innovative research approaches that contribute to high-level tasks and enable rigorous assessments.
+ Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards, such as NIST 800-161, NIST 800-30, NIST 800-37, or equivalent.
+ Active TS/SCI clearance required.
