Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. JOB OVERVIEW

Provide Contract Administration Support services OBO The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site Hanford Procurement Division (HPD).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Entry-Level Support:

  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations for process improvements to gain efficiencies and provide consistency between organizations. Assist contracting officers and contract specialists with general day-to-day contract administration duties.
  • Assist with drafting contract documents.
  • Assist with new awards, modifications, and closeouts utilizing procurement system (STRIPES).
  • Assist with the preparation of various reports.
  • Support timely and accurate compliance with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the review and process of Procurement Support Specialist invoices in a timely fashion.
  • Gather information for various audits or data calls.
  • Assist with gathering information for various negotiation sessions as needed.
  • Support correspondence creation.
  • Support in coordinating Procurement Support Specialist Performance Assessment Reporting evaluations, by scheduling technical input, and working with the Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists.
  • Support developing, issuing, updating, and revising policy, desk guides, and procedures.
  • Support review of contract actions.
  • Support subcontract reviews in accordance with DOE and local guidance as requested.
  • Support of maintaining files on websites and/or share drives.

ProSidian Seeks a AMSE Radcon Support (Full-Time) located in the Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford (which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)) in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support.

It is also ProSidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft.

AMSE Radcon Support Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMSE Radcon Support and provide Senior Radiological Control Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Auditor Services to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Richland Operations Office (RL), Assistant Manager for Safety and Environment (AMSE)

The AMSE RADCON Support Specialist shall provide support in the following areas:

  • Assessments/surveillances, and general oversight of the Plutonium Finishing Plant's radiological control program, implementation and field execution.
  • Radiological support at other RL projects and facilities (e.g., Bldg. 324, 105KW, T-Plant, etc.) as directed by DOE Headquarters or as situations dictate within RL.
  • Radiological control and protection program training.
  • Radiological control program review reports, including formal assessment reports, surveillance reports, and operational awareness reports.
Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship.

Job Summary: The Service Manager, Product Support is responsible for the service division of the assigned branch. This includes the growth and development of assigned employees, ensuring the continued growth of the customer base and financial performance through the alignment of systems, people and processes. Essential Functions:

Safety:

Supervisory, Communication, and Customer Service:

  • Supervises employees. Performs annual performance review and determines compensation increases. Administers discipline; authority to hire and terminate employees.
  • Manages annual budget. Updates and revises budget yearly in accordance with company guidelines. Manages expenses.
  • Communicates service goals, provides resources and direction, and ensures goals are met.
  • Coaches and advises Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Team Supervisors, and Field Service Supervisors, where applicable and as needed, to ensure positive employee and customer relations including the execution of Technician Development Plans, employee appraisals, customer care consistent with brand promise, adherence to the work order process, repair quality control and financial performance expectations.
  • Works with the Corporate Safety Director and employees to provide a safe and productive work environment.
  • Uses Sales Link for customer information for updates, call reporting and lead generation.
  • Maintains a high level of customer relations and responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints in conjunction with the CSRs.
