Support may include teaching skills, implementing positive behavior support plans, assistance with daily living activities, job coaching, advocating with the individual, encouraging communication, healthy relationships and self-expression, and supporting individuals to become integrated in their community by engaging in the life of the broader community. All support activities will be in alignment with the individual's self-directed and person-centered goals and objectives as outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP). Perform general office duties for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract sites, which requires knowledge of company and department procedures. Duties performed may include typing, file organization and maintenance, operation of office equipment, answering telephone and greeting visitors. Process accounts payable invoices, maintain safety records, manage on site Workers Compensation files, and assist with payroll issues and management of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Assist with Pest control management, waste management, some minor HR & Payroll duties.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
