Centra has an opportunity for a Risk Management Support Specialist in Columbus, Indiana. This position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to Risk Management. Including, but not limited to, quality control reviews, vendor management, physical security, insurance, regulatory, compliance, and legal research support for the Risk Management Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.
- Responsible for administration of vendor management. Ensure system is updated, tracks return or completion of vendor management compliance from vendors and internal stake holders, communicates vendor management needs in advance, and follows up on approaching deadlines and missing information, provides troubleshooting support and helps mitigate issues.
- Compiles information for projects, audits, ongoing due diligence needs, etc.
- Assist with Risk Management Reviews as needed.
- Administration and support researching and responding to subpoenas and legal records request from the legal system and law enforcement agencies.
- Conducts or assist with internal assurance or quality control reviews as requested by supervisor.
- Administration and support for Physical Security Committee, including meeting preparation and follow-ups, asset inventory, gap analysis, reviews, and reports.
- Administrative support for Corporate insurance program, including gathering documentation, filing claims, maintain reports, etc.
- Collaborates with Risk Management Team to provide proactive and positive Risk Management communication to the Centra Family including ECO postings.
- Administrative support for special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Maintains knowledge of applicable technology resources and Risk Management
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – (Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.)
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- High School or Equivalent or better
- 1-3 years related experience or better
- Equivalent combination education & experience or better

Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Deposit Operations Processing Support Specialist located at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, IN. The Deposit Operations Processing Support Specialist is responsible for processing mail payments and payment system files. These systems include Automated Clearing House, Wire Transfers, ATM/Mobile Deposit, Check Processing and electronic payment systems. This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of overdraft services and annual tax reporting corrections. The Processing Support Specialists will assist Team Members with questions related to these payments. This position assists the Processing Manager with projects and ensures procedures and Centra intranet content are current.
The minimum starting wage for this opportunity is $21.29 per hour.
Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Processes Automated Clearing House files, transaction error resolution, prenotification review and returns, OFAC monitoring, input stop payments, death notification alerts, reclamations, preauthorized payment setup, disputes, and balancing.
- Reviews outgoing wire documentation and verifies all requirements have been completed, OFAC monitoring, reviews and posts incoming wires, notifies suspicious wire group regarding suspect wires involving potential fraud, and end of day balancing.
- Reviews ATM and Mobile deposit items using Check Negotiation procedures. Makes adjustments, manages holds and collaborates with Retail on extended holds and Accounting on balancing issues.
- Processes inclearing files each day to include posting files, resolving exception items, processing check adjustments, foreign items, incoming return check files, online loan payment returns, processing incoming mail and balancing. Collaborates with Accounting on adjustments and Fraud Investigations regarding uncollectable items and fraud trends.
- First point of contact for electronic payment systems. Resolving questions, processes disputes, consults with vendors and Fraud Investigations regarding Member fraud, and manages bill pay monthly scrub file.
- Identifies and assists in the development and rollout of process improvements.

Job Summary:
Services, supports, and maintains HVAC equipment within the determined location. Assists more experienced employees to learn and develop skills in services, support and maintenance. Performs activities under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains safe work habits and actions in all aspects of the daily task; evaluates reactive work for safety issues, plans projects so that safety is key, and reviews preventative work for any unforeseen items that may present safety hurdles. Follows manufacturer's recommended preventative HVAC maintenance schedules and startup procedures. Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem. Maintains, installs, and operates all equipment and systems related to all building energy systems including boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and air handling units. Reads and interprets mechanical, HVAC and pneumatic sketches, drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Inspects and tests systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions. Discusses heating/cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected. Utilizes software to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative and predictive mechanical and HVAC maintenance work, and building management system. Coordinates programs including planning, scheduling, ordering, and tracking. Performs cross-functionally to make repairs within one's capability. Participates in self- and team-audits and associated corrective action.

Facilities Operation - Manages occupant services (parking, janitorial services, food services, concierge, facility helpdesk, security and safety); manages the maintenance contracting process; develops and manages the facility's operational planning requirements (temperature control, lighting, equipment replacement, water treatment and so forth).
Facility Electrical Technical - Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs Electrical distribution systems, buss bars, breaker boxes, motors and other electrical equipment to enable the facility to operate properly with lights and electricity provided to the production activities.
Facility Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technical - Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs heating equipment, boilers, ventilations systems, chillers, cooling tower, air compressors and other mechanical equipment, in order to provide heating or cooling as needed to the facility, people and processes of producing products as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience or apprenticeship to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

Six years of relevant experience OR
Department of Labor certification.
