As a Product Manager for Sentry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and commercialization of our next-generation surveillance platforms. You will own the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to deploymentensuring our solutions meet mission needs, enhance operational efficiency, and align with strategic business objectives.

ABOUT THE JOB

Sentry Product Manager will have end-to-end ownership of their assigned products, driving innovation, scalability, and mission success. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in robotics, autonomy, and sensor fusion, alongside strong business acumen and strategic vision to develop and deliver high-performance defense solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define and execute a long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct business case and ROI analyses to guide investment decisions.
  • Develop product requirements, feature specifications, and pricing models based on market trends, user feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Create PRD and similar artifacts that outline the requirements and features of a product, serving as a guide for business and technical teams to build, deliver and market the capability.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance Andurils operational capabilities and market position.
  • Engineering & Cross-Functional Execution
    • Establish clear product goals and key success metrics and measure progress.
    • Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure product designs meet customer and business requirements while being scalable and manufacturable.
    • Define and track key performance metrics to ensure successful product outcomes.
    • Serve as a product evangelist, effectively communicating strategy and goals to internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support.
  • Work closely with Finance and Business Leadership to set and achieve product financial targets.
  • Lead margin optimization efforts through efforts including design improvements, make vs buy decisions, new technology introductions.
  • Partner with business development and field operations teams to gather customer insights, validate product needs, and refine product offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure Anduril remains at the forefront of autonomous surveillance technology.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Systems Engineering with a focus on autonomous systems, robotics, sensor fusion, or hardware-software integration.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development, from strategy and design to execution and commercialization.
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware-software systems, including computer vision, AI/ML, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems.
  • Experience working with government, defense, or aerospace customers, with familiarity in DoD procurement and acquisition processes.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in military operations, surveillance, or force protection.
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and scaling production for high-tech hardware products.

US Salary Range: $142,000 - $213,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. FIGS is looking for a Security Systems Administrator to join our growing information technology team's expansion into cybersecurity. This individual will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing security systems that protect FIGS' infrastructure, data, and digital assets.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience across a variety of security technologies and environments, and knows how to effectively balance proactive defense with operational efficiency. You'll also serve as a key partner to our Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our security posture is strong, scalable, and resilient. What you'll do:

  • Run phishing campaigns, perform or coordinate pentesting with third-parties
  • Coordinate with Developers to build software BOM, DAST then SAST in CI/CD
  • Coordinate with SREs to set AWS account, logging, standards, monitor for non-compliance
  • Configure alerts and coordinate with other teams to respond to alerts from all of the above
  • Cyber security incident handler
  • Set up reporting and dashboards for incident reporting
  • Run post-mortem reports for any security incidents
  • Security assessments for onboarding or renewal of SaaS applications
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, including performing business impact analyses
About you:
  • 5-7 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on systems engineering, infrastructure, or endpoint protection
  • Strong understanding of the threat landscape and modern attack vectors
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and security-related tooling
  • Experience administering centralized logging infrastructure (including SIEM and SOAR) and writing alerts for security events

Pay Range

US Salary Range

The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS)
Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). The program's two primary operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA, and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M, clean room operations, and safety and environmental services.
The Engineer selected for this position will be assigned to the Facilities Engineering team and must have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance so they can work with teammates to accomplish the proper sustainment and operations of U.S. Government security systems supporting Launch processing activities.

-Assist in the sustainment and operations of the Enterprise Access Control System, Perimeter Detection System, Operational and Security Closed Circuit Video Systems, Video Walls, Monitors and displays, computers and networks.
-Design, configure, document, and troubleshoot IP Networks & VMware environments.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position installs and maintains complex computerized security systems including but not limited to, clustered access systems, alarm panels, and infant abduction hardware/software. CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Maintains project inventory. Orders, receives, and applies critical components for each assigned project. This includes receiving and maintaining hospital signed and approved project documentation.
2. Integrates and installs security devices. This includes maintaining strict structure cabling standards during and after installations. Attention to hospital, state and local codes must be maintained at all times.
3. Repairs of all special systems equipment including technical repairs, system resets, and reconfigurations.
4. Documents all aspects of service calls in computer tracking system. This includes compiling install history and determining the cost effective repair while following written national service standards.
5. Provides instruction to staff in the care and use of special systems equipment and provides specifications for new equipment as needed.
6. Applies technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment operations.
7. This position has service responsibility in several department in multiple facilities. Customers are internal and external including physicians, nurses other hospital and HMO personnel, state and multiple city regulatory agencies. This position will be required to travel system wide to effect repairs and implement new installations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a strong knowledge of electronics technology as normally obtained through the completion of an Associate's decree.
Must posses a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications is required. Requires ability to read and understand CAD drawings, detailed engineered wiring schematics and relay logic. Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, two and four wire RS485, RS232, Network, Fiber, and Lon Work communications, CSID dialing formats, RF signals, passive and active Prox RF transmissions. Requires the ability to produce wiring schematics using OHMS law. Requires effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of the application of installation, engineering, design, maintenance and repair of complex computerized devices and circuitry typically achieved with 2 years experience with security systems is preferred.
