You Will:
- Connect with clients utilizing remote software to get first-call resolution
- Receive calls, chats and support tickets from customers resolving tickets in a timely manner and independently managing your ticket queue.
- Take ownership of issues and troubleshooting from beginning to end
- Provide high-quality end-user technical support, related to enterprise software and hardware
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems
- Identify and solve issues related to system performance and functionality
- Log and track problems, proactively maintain problem tracking databases as part of the problem resolution process
- Manage and contribute to projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes
- Recognize service gaps and fill in as a utility player as necessary to complete work and close tickets when service requests spike or service desk resource availability is low

You Have:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in place of degree
- 4+ years of recent experience in technology, service desk, or helpdesk
- An understanding of networking concepts and protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with both incoming calls, chat, and our ticketing system for our internal user base
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

The Payroll System Analyst audits the daily operations of the WorkForce Management (WFM) system. Reviews, researches, and audits payroll changes, evaluate and ensure that issues and discrepancies are resolved in a proper and prompt manner. This position identifies programming errors and collaborates with HR/IT/Payroll Vendor to correct/update errors for accurate payroll processing.
What you'll be contributing:
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
- Researching the Transaction Assistant report is an essential function of managing person import integration errors and results between UKG Pro and WFM.
- Reviews timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.
- Verifies attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments to post information to designated records accurately.
- Run the payroll and accrual exports out of WFM into UKG Pro.
- Utilizes employee payroll data and the appropriate systems to calculate accurate wages and withholdings based on hours worked, tax status, and pay rates.
- Analyzes wage and rate compensation-related data.
- Reports to management payroll issues and changes.
- Supports payroll and accounting team in maintaining an efficient payroll process that complies with all federal and state regulations.
- Fields employee questions on payroll, updated systems, and other payroll-related queries.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, employee information, time sheets, and related financial and statistical data. Prepare reports for the Bureau of Labor Statistics (monthly & quarterly). Prepare reports for Worker Compensation audits & Insurance related requests.
- Provides support for the implementation and future maintenance/support of the Kronos timekeeping system.
- Facilitates the continued maintenance and support of the Kronos timekeeping system.
- Designs, documents, and implements procedures to streamline timekeeping processes.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
- Minimum 4 Year- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields

Essential Functions
- Responsible for design and development of Workday Financial Management systems
- Examine existing system functionality, confirm suitability, recommend changes and/or produce specifications and outline designs of new system features or functionality, tier III+
- Serve as technical administrator for Financial Accounting applications tier III+

Documents all pertinent end-user identification information and nature of problem or issues in Service Now system.
