+ Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to evolve and maintain Twitch's design system and product visual language, including color, typography, iconography, motion, grid, shape, illustration, and 3D, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to refining the polish and performance of your work.
+ Lead the creation and refinement of mobile UI components, patterns, and template libraries, ensuring each element meets high visual craft standards, aligns with accessibility goals, and reflects a systematic approach to design with a strong eye for consistency.
+ Translate visual language principles into clear, actionable documentation and guidelines for widespread adoption by design and engineering teams, demonstrating your ability to present complex system decisions to diverse audiences.
+ Partner with Creative and UX Design teams to align product visual expression with our broader identity and governance, including assisting in the production of scalable assets such as icons and illustrations, while balancing craft with constraints and creativity with scalability.
