Position Summary

The Systems Engineering Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for the design, standardization, and strategic oversight of Ryder's infrastructure platforms across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Essential Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Architecture Leadership : Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure standards across compute, storage, virtualization, database, and security domains. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and Ryder's operational, security, and compliance requirements.

  • VMware On-Premises Expertise : Lead the design and optimization of VMware-based infrastructure, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Horizon. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of on-prem workloads while planning for lifecycle management and modernization.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager - Contracts LifeCycle Managment.This role combines strategic product knowledge and hands-on project management to lead the implementation of a modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform at our client. The ideal candidate will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across legal, procurement, finance, and IT teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly CLM solution.

Rate: $75 - $4 / hr. w2
**Responsibilities:**
**? Project Management**
+ Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
+ Lead cross-functional meetings, standups, and steering committee updates.
+ Track budget, forecast spend, and manage vendor contracts and SOWs.
+ Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
**? Product Ownership**
+ Conduct current-state assessments of contract workflows and tools.
+ Define future-state CLM architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
+ Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
+ Define KPIs and success metrics for implementation and adoption.
**? Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Partner with legal, sourcing, finance, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
+ Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and change management activities.
+ Ensure alignment across executive sponsors, business owners, and technical teams.
**? Implementation & Governance**
+ Ensure teams are delivering on thier configuration, testing, and deployment of the CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM).
+ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
+ Establish governance models for contract templates, workflows, and user roles.
+ Maintain documentation and audit trails for a minimum of two years post-implementation.
**Experience Requirements:**
+ 7+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or legal tech.
+ Proven track record leading CLM or similar enterprise platform implementations.
+ Strong understanding of contract workflows, compliance, and digital transformation.
+ Familiarity with tools like Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or Workday Contracts.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
**Education Requirements:**
+ BS Degree preferred
