Experience with Linux kernel / user mode device driver system software 8+ overall years industry experience and 5+ years of meaningful software engineering management experience leading large complex system software projects keeping functionality, security, performance and stability in mind. Strong understanding of computer system architecture, operating systems principles (aka systems software fundamentals), HW-SW interactions and performance analysis/optimizations. Excellent C/C++ programming and debugging skills in Linux. Experience balancing multiple projects with competing priorities. Flexibility to work and communicate effectively across different teams and time zones. Background and strength with complex system-level software debugging across functionality, performance, security, scalability issues Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Linux core/display kernel and user mode device driver experience Linux graphics experience with Vulkan/OpenGL etc. software stacks Open source contributions to the Linux kernel and/or other large software projects Proven experience working breadth-first in the design and development of large, cross-functional systems software Deep technical knowledge of system software, kernels, embedded systems The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 425,500 USD. Attack Surface Management Team (ASM): ASM is responsible for discovering, monitoring and communicating vulnerabilities within our attack surface. What You'll Do:
- Partner with infrastructure and other security teams to maintain and further enhance the firm's cloud security posture management capability.
- Partner with security and business stakeholders to document, formulate and enforce areas of security improvement that balance risk with business operations and do not diminish efficiencies or innovation.
- Partner with threat monitoring and vulnerability management teams to find opportunities to create cloud platform security policies to enforce required resource configurations and prevent future misconfigurations.
- Assist security teams in maintaining strong oversight with cloud computing vendors and solution providers to safeguard against undue risk presented by external entities.
- Participates in the reviews of vendor capability demonstrations, proof-of concept testing, and vendor contract negotiation.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or Engineering preferred or related work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner and at least 3+ years exposure with one of the following: Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Knowledgeable of software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3+ years’ experience working in an engineering field
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
Good understanding materials and material properties.
General familiarity with mechanical support equipment.
General knowledge of fabrication methods for mechanical hardware, such as machining, welding, processing and assembly.
Familiarity with mechanism design.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.
Willingness to travel domestically, on occasion.
Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. (Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO).

Summary pay range: $95,200 – $128,800
