A Senior Technical Consultant is a member of Workday's Global Professional Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our
cloud-based software within medium to large sized companies. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!

The Senior Technical Consultant works closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer's integration
solutions. They will also work with Workday Deployment Partners in an Advisory capacity on Partner led deployments. The Technical Consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common integration patterns, project implementation methodology, and a
successful track record of delivering.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results
• Become an expert on the specific Workday functionality, configuration, and technology
• Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers' integration needs
• Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements
• Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success

Other Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - preferable in Finance or Accounting.
Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client's timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners
on integration strategies.
• Contribute to the customers' experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high
customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will support the team with a focus on technical leadership, including coordinating and leading resolution of enterprise level technical issues, conducting product technical assessments, mentoring junior technical staff, and ensuring technical baseline updates and corrections are tracked and accomplished.
Major duties of this position include:

+ Provide technical leadership and direction in order to meet customer, program, and quality requirements
+ Maintain cognizance of relevant technical issues and concerns and provide recommendations
+ Coordinate and lead the resolution of enterprise level technical issues, engage with appropriate SE&I team, document resolution and ensure technical baseline updates and/or corrections are tracked and accomplished
+ Conduct product technical assessments to ensure solutions are integrated and effectively meet customer needs prior to delivery

**Qualifications**

+ Master's Degree with 12+ Years of engineering experience
+ Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
+ Demonstrated leadership skills in the Aerospace or DoD working across space, ground segment organizations to coordinate and identify system integration requirements that ensure end-to-end mission performance requirements are met
+ Experience serving as a team, project or program manager on performance-based contracts for the U.S. Government, experience developing cost and schedule deliverables and managing to baseline costs and schedules to include the identification and management of risks, demonstrated experience working with Air Force/DoD customers in an acquisition environment, with space and/or ground systems
+ Experience writing and delivering documents and briefings, demonstrated interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams
+ Global Positioning System mission and systems knowledge and experience

The IT Integration Lead is dedicated to client implementations and is a critical member of the Core Implementation Team (CIT). The role of the IT Integration Lead is to serve as the bridge between the client IT team and the internal IT team through the technical integration of the Laboratory Benefit Management (LBM) program into the health plans systems. The IT Integration Lead consults health plan clients on their solution architecture and technical design and leads the technical requirements gathering process.
