Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Specialist Master, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier software to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
+ Leading the work associated with the implementation of a specific Oracle HCM Cloud module or modules, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to Production
+ Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
+ Finding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work product
+ Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
Qualifications
Required:
+ 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations
+ 6 + years of strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in one or more of the following modules: Talent Management, Learn
+ 6+ years of experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
+ 6+ years of experience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation

Your Next Career Opportunity – Global HR Onboarding Specialist
The primary function is to oversee the on-boarding and retention programs, and new hire process for team members, ensuring an effective and efficient service delivery. This position will also support Talent Acquisition and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. The role will also continually refine the position with guidance from the Talent Acquisition leadership and other HR leaders in response to business needs and HR trends.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Administer the onboarding process.
Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborates and works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to execute consistent handoffs and deliver superior service to incoming new team members.
Serves as a key touch point with new hires throughout onboarding to maintain engagement, answer questions, and provide guidance and support.
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key departments involved in the hiring process.
Identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience approach and processes.
Responds to inquiries regarding Talent Acquisition and onboarding-related policies, procedures, and programs.
Maintains onboarding process (i.e., Standard Operating Procedures) for all new hires.
Creates welcome letters, welcome cards, and welcome kits for new hires and is the point of contact for new hires.
Ensures all required documentation and new hire paperwork is complete - i.e., Motor Vehicle Report, Background Check, Drug and Alcohol Tests, forms on Workday onboarding portal, etc.
Performs I-9 verifications and runs E-Verify for new team members, adhering to all Federal guidelines.
Facilitates orientation and provides assistance throughout their first day to foster a positive new hire experience.
Participates in and executes on “candidate experience” related projects and initiatives.
Develops and delivers comprehensive communications by text, email, and phone call with candidates, internal teams, and 3rd party vendors to ensure full execution and compliance within the onboarding process.
Partners with the Facilities department to ensure workstations are ready for new hires.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
High School Diploma or GED, plus any related field of study, would be preferred;
and 3+ years of HR Experience (Preferably related to pre-employment or onboarding)
Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience in Workday or other Human Capital Management Systems is preferred.
