Under the general direction of the Director of Global Tax Reporting & Transformation, the Tax Analyst, Reporting and Compliance will assist the domestic tax team with Federal, State, and Local income tax matters and support the global tax team in the preparation of the worldwide income tax provision.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Contribute to the tax compliance process by extracting and transforming data needed for the third-party preparation of estimated tax payments, extensions, and federal and state income tax returns Support the quarterly consolidation of the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740; including preparation of the global effective tax rate, reconciliation of the worldwide tax-basis balance sheet accounts, including taxes payable, deferred taxes, and related valuation allowances for support and proper disclosure Provide quarterly tax accounting support for US and foreign subsidiaries including review monthly US GAAP tax journal entries, review quarterly and annual US GAAP tax provision calculations, review annual tax provision to return analysis and related tax balance sheet true-ups, while supporting foreign tax managers, as needed Assist in implementing tax software solutions and enhancing the efficiency of provision calculations and reporting processes.

Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
+ 3+ years' experience providing tax compliance services or preparing and reviewing client work, with a focus on international taxation
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Technology skills include the following: Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and Power Query, Power BI, and/or Python
