As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for organizing and driving client deliverables individually or as part of a team. Additionally, you will utilize strong technical abilities to ensure thorough compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and/or review business and individual tax returns in a variety of industries.
- Share technical expertise to support the firm and clients.
- Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies.
- Stay up to date on latest firm and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with all levels including partners.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Proven ability to meet firm standards for chargeable hours and realization.
- Experience serving as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Either Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA).
- CCH Axcess Suite experience.
- Hourly pay (Time and a half over 40 hours)

The Director of Tax Services is primarily responsible for overseeing the operations of the tax department, managing the client service experience and deliverables for the firms complex clientele and overseeing business development for the tax team.
