**Overview**
The BIM Project Lead is responsible for delivering on-time, quality, cost effective shop drawings that directly benefit our operations teams by transitioning seamlessly into fabrication and installation. Overseeing the 3D modeling and coordination process on one or more projects. Striving to create the most cost effective product possible for your Regional Operational Unit.
**Responsibilities**
+ Works with BIM/VDC Manager, Project Management, Engineers, and Field Leadership to read and understand specifications and contract documents and to establish a plan of attack on your project(s) within the framework of your BIM budget.
+ Utilizes your knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and/or duct systems, your ability to read and interpret code, and your understanding of company best practices in the creation of annotated installation and layout drawings.
+ Works with QA/QC team & BIM-VDC Manager to find routing efficiencies that meet design intent and maximize BIM & Operations value on projects.
+ Clearly communicates the agreed upon plan of attack to any internal BIM/VDC team members and/or outsourcers that will be assisting production execution.
+ Quality control the product on your project(s) - whether drawn by you or another BIM resource.
+ Master the BIM/VDC processes including clash detection and embedded data and polish your technical communication skills as an industry leader in coordination and collaboration.
+ Ensures that you and any other BIM/VDC personnel assisting you on your project(s) adhere to departmental protocols for file management.
+ Strives for proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks Manage, Bluebeam and other BIM software.
+ Learns the internal processes of our trusted outsource partners to understand the budgets they generate and to optimize the product we receive.
+ Works with BIM/VDC Manager, Regional BIM/VDC Director, and Regional Operations Team to schedule deliveries of Trimble layout drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and as-built that meet the direct needs of your project(s).
+ Participates in any/all training opportunities at your disposal.
+ Adheres to the departmental code of ethics while exemplifying high levels of professionalism and leadership that appropriately represent the Company.
+ Communicates effectively and in GC BIM virtual coordination meetings to assist in quality collaboration experience with trade partners.
**Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 4 to 7 years of experience in BIM.
+ Advanced building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.
+ Advanced software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Procure Issue Tracker, Revizto, BIM Autodesk Cloud platforms, and Bluebeam) knowledge.
+ Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process.
+ Ability to maintain patience and understanding in a stress-filled environment
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
+ Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

+ Maintains cost control for the project and monitors project related commitments so that approved spending limits are not exceeded. If cost change is warranted, completes request for additional funding prior to making the change.

As a Project Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing design, build, and installation support activities across GE Vernova and subcontracted resources, ensuring contract requirements are met, and managing cost, quality, and schedule constraints.
  • Identifying, managing, and executing the day-to-day operational aspects of project scope, adapting to the changing needs and requirements of the customer.
  • Maintaining accurate project milestone tracking to provide visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting.
  • Being accountable for project revenue, contribution margin, and cash collection targets, supporting the PCS North America region.
  • Facilitating day-to-day operations such as QMI reviews, project reviews, CMR reviews, 1OTR processes, and regional reviews.
  • Regularly tracking and communicating project progress, open action items, and all aspects of project status to key stakeholders through project kick-offs, regular status updates, risk and opportunity assessments, and project closure reports.
  • Identifying, escalating, and resolving issues/risks that might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork, driving cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating results to customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Eligibility Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or able to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance.

In this senior leadership role, you will lead the expansion of stormwater services in Florida, manage complex projects involving flood risk mitigation, stormwater conveyance, and water quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on impactful infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client relationships to expand stormwater services in the Florida market.
  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of urban stormwater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, open channels, and treatment facilities.
  • Apply 1D and 2D hydraulic and hydrologic modeling tools to support innovative project solutions.
  • Prepare detailed contract documents, technical reports, and design calculations.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled lead cook to join our team at Parea Greek Taverna and play a pivotal role in overseeing the preparation and quality of food products within the commissary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As Lead Cook, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of line cooks to ensure efficient food preparation and adherence to quality standards. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on maintaining a safe and productive kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Lead line cooks from within the team, working alongside them to efficiently complete the line list
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation of food, and labeling products appropriately
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support a smooth service period
  • Knows and complies consistently with the restaurant's standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations
  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs to the manager
  • Adhere to portion sizes and presentation standards to ensure consistent quality

  • Ensure recipe adherence for all items and utilize quality control practices
  • Monitor ticket times compared to expected duration and provide coaching as needed
  • Coach and hold team accountable for time management opportunities to maintain standards
  • Champion workplace and food safety and sanitation/HACCP practices
  • Receive incoming products from vendors, ensuring orders are complete and in acceptable condition, and communicate any errors or other issues with vendor representatives
  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs to support the operation of the restaurant to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Monitor and ensure proper safety and sanitation of equipment and facility, addressing or reporting areas in need of attention as appropriate

GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Lead Cashier (LC) is responsible for the efficiency of guest transactions and maintaining excellence in cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and overall aesthetics. Experienced in cashiering, the LC assists in the training of new cashiers and the cross-training of other associates, demonstrating the ability to proactively collaborate, lead, and influence peers. Education
  • High school diploma is preferred

Summary Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Lead. Leads are responsible for supporting Team Leaders in overseeing manufacturing processes and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency, while also being hands-on in the production process.
