About the Job:

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Engineering, etc.). preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering and leading projects within the food industry or related sectors.

Serves as a subject matter expert and team lead for the company's Job Architecture implementation. This role will play a central part in designing and rolling out the company's first enterprise-wide job architecture framework, including developing job families, levels, and evaluation methodology. **Essential Responsibilities**
+ Consultation: Serves as an expert resource for the compensation department and a primary consultative resource for specific business areas and leads the design, development and implementation on compensation-related issues, plans and programs.
+ Market analysis & job evaluation: Serves as lead and expert on evaluation of market surveys and custom surveys to support and guide compensation initiatives and program design. **Minimum Requirements**
