The Assurance Group ( is looking for the right person to fill a consultative health and life insurance rep position. The ideal candidate is one who can bring to the table the right mix of work ethic and integrity, and who enjoys the idea of a career that centers around helping people.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary . In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries.

It might seem strange that a company specializing in various financial services would be looking outside of "experienced" reps, but we've found so much success taking people from other industries like bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military , and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities) that we've decided to lean hard in that direction.

The IT Project Lead II (PL II) - Digital Platform enables the delivery of technology-enabled solutions that address complex business needs. -Work closely with and manage both internal Darden development teams and external integration partners to align project objectives, define discrete team deliverables, and ensure project milestones are achieved with high quality.

-Develop resources strategies, allocating staff, tools and specialized support as necessary to ensure commitments are met.

-Ensure appropriate and detailed project work plans are in place for all projects. Regularly review progress to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business process management and functional requirements analysis

-Experience and demonstrated competency in managing resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for large projects in the context of large, enterprise-wide technology initiatives

You will review contracts, evaluate on time delivery of engineering documents, review scope and identify gaps, organize meetings for clarification of technical issues, mentor other Engineers, and provide reporting to your manager and other leaders within the business.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
+ Leading a team of experts for mechanical, fluid, electrical and control systems towards the project management.
+ Acting as primary point of contact for the project management for technical auxiliaries' scope on a project. You will collaborate with both local and global Siemens Energy Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Installation teams in support of project execution activities. You will facilitate information flow between Engineering, Program Management, and our customers as required and agreed.
+ Representing auxiliaries engineering in customer communication.
+ Leading the contract technical scope and document schedule for auxiliaries from project kickoff through handover to our customer. You will coordinate appropriate flow-down of contract requirements to the Engineering teams at kickoff.
+ Highlighting risks of execution to Program Management and Engineering. You will manage internal engineering change requests and support external technical scope changes to support Project Management during project execution.
+ Building the interface between the Installation team during erection and commissioning of Siemens Energy equipment, at Customer sites.
**What You Bring**
+ Background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or a comparable field, with minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably an advanced degree (Master or Dipl. Ing.) in Engineering,
+ 10+ years of professional experience in the power plant project execution with knowledge of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and/or Generator auxiliaries.
+ Willingness and ability to learn and to acquire a generalist knowledge in related cross-discipline areas.
+ Proven capability in both written and verbal communication. Fluent in spoken and written English language. Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work and competing tasks. Ability to work in multi-functional teams and lead through influence.
+ Demonstrable experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Siemens Energy tools such as Fabasoft, SAP, Teamcenter, and COMOS/ePlan.
+ Travel up to 20% annually, including international travel, for multiple weeks at a time as required to support site installation activity.

**About the Team**
The PLE Team includes a variety of technical leaders who come from various backgrounds and experience levels. We are responsible for contract evaluation (including clarifications and risk assessment) and document schedules for auxiliaries' scope on large rotating equipment projects. We lead teams of 3-15 engineers assigned to our projects from the departments of mechanical, fluid, piping, electrical and control systems. We coordinate with Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, TFA, and external Customers on project topics. The PLE Team also supports our Proposals Team with technical scope coordination for auxiliaries during the bidding phase of projects

**Overview**
The BIM Project Lead is responsible for delivering on-time, quality, cost effective shop drawings that directly benefit our operations teams by transitioning seamlessly into fabrication and installation. Overseeing the 3D modeling and coordination process on one or more projects. Striving to create the most cost effective product possible for your Regional Operational Unit.
**Responsibilities**
+ Works with BIM/VDC Manager, Project Management, and Field Leadership to read and understand specifications and contract documents and to establish a plan of attack on your project(s) within the framework of your BIM budget.
+ Utilizes your knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, your ability to read and interpret code, and your understanding of company best practices in the creation of annotated installation and layout drawings.
+ Works with QA/QC team and BIM/VDC Manager to find routing efficiencies that maximize BIM's value on your project(s).
+ Clearly communicates the agreed upon plan of attack to any internal BIM/VDC team members and/or outsourcers that will be assisting you.
+ Quality control the product on your project(s) - whether drawn by you or another BIM resource.
+ Master the BIM/VDC processes including clash detection and embedded data and polish your technical communication skills as an industry leader in coordination and collaboration.
+ Ensures that you and any other BIM/VDC personnel assisting you on your project(s) adhere to departmental protocols for file management.
+ Strives for proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks Manage, Bluebeam and other BIM software.
+ Learns the internal processes of our trusted outsource partners to understand the budgets they generate and to optimize the product we receive.
+ Works with BIM/VDC Manager, Regional BIM/VDC Director, and Regional Operations Team to schedule deliveries of Trimble layout drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, fabrication drawings, and as-built that meet the direct needs of your project(s).
+ Participates in any/all training opportunities at your disposal.
+ Adheres to the departmental code of ethics while exemplifying high levels of professionalism and leadership that appropriately represent the Company.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 4 to 7 years of experience in BIM.
+ Advanced building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.
+ Advanced software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, and Bluebeam) knowledge.
+ Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process.
+ Ability to maintain patience and understanding in a stress-filled environment
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
+ Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
**Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications**

K2 is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager / Clinical Research Coordinator to lead a team of clinical research professionals at our Winter Garden, FL clinic. The Lead Project Manager assists the Director with day-to-day operations and provides leadership, training, and support to the clinical staff to ensure high quality, ample volume, and efficient productivity. They maintain effective and positive working relationships with subjects, sponsors, Investigators, and employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Train new and current Project Managers and Research Assistants to ensure effective coordination in the clinical trials processes.
  • Assist Project Managers and Research Assistants with assigned tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure pre-screens convert to screens and screens convert to randomizations.
  • Monitor teams workload, schedule, and capacity.
  • Provide clinical support and assistance in the assignment of PMs, Raters, and other staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve clinic, protocol, and SOP issues.
  • Assist with assigned tasks as necessary.
  • Problem solve protocol issues.
  • Work closely with the Director to improve and streamline clinic processes.
  • Work with the Director, Recruitment, and other clinical team managers as necessary to find ways to increase visit volume.
  • Liaison between PM team and other departments to ensure smooth, effective, and quality workflow.
  • Assist the Director with projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Act as Acting Supervisor or point of contact in the absence of the Director.
  • Maintain quality service and departmental standards by reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing departmental standards with study protocol adherence as necessary.
  • Explore new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes.
  • Support the organizations mission and goals.
  • Attend applicable company-sponsored training.
  • Assist with PM team staffing planning, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for maintaining PM team PTO and schedule coverage.
