Job Description
More than 60% of workers in the US (and 70% of workers in the world) are paid hourly, and the businesses that employ them each have their own unique processes and workflows when it comes to managing their workforce. Unfortunately, the workforce management tools that have historically been available to them are some combination of rigid, outdated, or not built for an on-the-go workforce.
Teambridge is the world's first flexible workforce management platform-it's fully composable and built mobile-first, making it easy for companies to mold Teambridge to the unique shape of their business. Teambridge is powered by modular, no-code blocks that can be combined to automate any task or process that comes with managing a large workforce, such as hiring and onboarding, or time tracking and scheduling.
With a $28M Series B raised in 2024, Teambridge is funded by General Catalyst, Mayfield and industry leading angel investors as we build flexible, efficient, and intuitive solutions for complex workforce challenges. Based in San Francisco, Teambridge is committed to redefining the industries we partner with.

Job Description
We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.
We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, Match Group, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
About The Role:
As an early Technical Architect on Notion's Professional Services team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive successful customer engagements, particularly for large-scale enterprise deployments. Your work will help shape best practices for how we support complex customer needs and ensure Notion's platform is ready for scale.
This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with customers as well as Notion's Product, Engineering, CX (Support), and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Achieve:
- Contribute to the technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting the implementation of these solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that maximize the value of the Notion platform within their technical ecosystem.
- Participate in technical design sessions, helping to architect and document solutions that align with client objectives and identifying gaps between their current and desired end states.
- Support the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data migration aspects of a Notion implementation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the use of Notion within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with Notion's Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback.
- Assist in navigating the technical complexities of large-scale Notion deployments to ensure successful adoption.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices and improving processes.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
- A track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale.
- Experience working in SaaS professional services, preferably in a startup environment
- Background in developing technical frameworks and best practices
- Strong history of collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Experience in pre-sales technical support
- Strong track record of successful enterprise customer implementations
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
