Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Principal to join our technical consulting leadership team. You'll lead high-impact digital and AI-enabled engagements across multiple clients, supporting both strategy and delivery.

This role suits someone with a strong consulting background, deep technical fluency, and experience navigating complex client challenges from concept to execution.

We are interested in candidates with 10+ years' experience in digital or technology consulting, ideally with a background at a top-tier firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent), and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
    • Key aspects of the role:


    • Client Strategy and Engagement Oversight
    • Lead 2-3 client engagements, acting as the senior advisor across technical and strategic topics
    • Shape and guide early-stage discovery, delivery framing, and solution design
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CTOs, CPOs, Heads of Data/AI)


    • Technical and Delivery Leadership
    • Provide oversight on architecture, product, data, and AI decisions across active projects
    • Guide Project Leads to ensure structure, quality, and alignment
    • Resolve delivery risks and shape strategic choices that influence technical direction
    • Help codify and scale reusable delivery frameworks and best practices


    • Team and Practice Development
    • Mentor and support consultants, delivery leads, and functional specialists
    • Contribute to hiring and growing the next layer of strategic and technical leadership
    • Play a key role in internal capability building, thought leadership, and client proposition development


    • Commercial
    • Work with top of funnel teams to help drive the growth of the consulting business, including engaging new clients and developing unique and exciting proposals
    • Drive commercial viability of engagements through better scoping, team shaping, and delivery alignment
    • Support account expansion and long-term client value creation
Qualifications:
    • 10+ years in consulting or digital delivery, with experience at a top-tier firm (MBB or equivalent)
    • Strong technical depth across architecture, AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, and product development
    • Proven ability to shape and lead complex client engagements from concept to execution
    • Excellent communication skills - able to translate between business and technical stakeholders
    • Experience coaching and developing teams across product, engineering, and data domains
    • Comfortable balancing strategy, delivery, and commercial responsibility
