Responsibilities- Provide the world's best of the best in customer service rivaling any industry
- Accountable for effectively managing a P&L, Work in Progress (WIP) and customer experience measured by a Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Lead and manage all local operations on the ground with a servant-leadership, hands-on mindset
- Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian's objectives
- Manage and be accountable for high value inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Retail, and Delivery & Field Operations teams
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams regularly on implementing and continuously improving field service operations
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate logistics and meetings with internal teams and external parties
- Build a strong customer-centric team of Mobile/Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts Advisors
- Lead and take ownership of management responsibility relating to hiring, performance management, and overall employee development planning
- Build a Rivian culture that is inclusive, and maintain high levels of team morale
- Responsible for ensuring the establishment of safe service business practices and processes
- Follow and promote Rivian's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Develop and maintain a process to track and report on KPI's at the Service Centers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ As a field service engineer, you will work with the Siemens Energy Service Headquarters in Orlando, FL and required to travel to Siemens Energy customer power plants throughout the world to perform maintenance, repair, and modification of large steam and gas turbine generators and related equipment.

+ Lead and direct subcontractors to perform specific maintenance related tasks and serve is the primary Siemens Energy jobsite contact. May be required to complete the planning and estimating of resources and durations required for specific scopes of work for customer proposals.
+ Required to obtain Nuclear Security Clearance successful completion of a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and any other test(s).

+ BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in Field Service is required, bilingualpreferred, must be an experienced FSE with a minimal of 5+ years of experience.
+ Must be self sufficient, able to effectively communicate with region and customer and Proficient with Schedule Management tools
+ Will be required to travel internationally full time (100%).
+ Experience in maintenance of steam and gas turbines, generators, and associated equipment is preferred.

+ As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless functioning of Siemens Energy's combustion turbine-generators and associated systems. Your contributions will primarily involve commissioning, fact-finding, fixing, combustion dynamics, and emissions tuning. Additionally, you will support new unit installations periodically.
+ You will provide outstanding metrology and alignment services using CAD and GD&T experience with portable CMM equipment and advanced scanning technologies. Your work will determine the precision and reliability of our turbine-generators.
+ You will apply modal and vibration analysis to improve the performance and longevity of Siemens Energy's steam and combustion turbine-generators. This critical role will involve balancing and optimizing equipment to ensure world-class operations.
+ Your expertise in steam turbine commissioning will be crucial. You will be responsible for commissioning, fixing, valve stroking, timing, and providing periodic support for new unit installations, ensuring the seamless operation of our steam turbine-generators.
+ You will maintain a safety-first approach, ensuring safe working conditions at all times. **What You Bring**
+ A completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience. Ideally, 5 years of proven experience in a relevant field.
+ Advanced field experience in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas Industries. Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
+ Commissioning of turbine-generator auxiliary systems
1. Combustion Dynamics Tuning
2. Metrology and Alignment
+ Modal and Vibration Analysis
1. Turbine-Generator Startup and Operations (T3000 knowledge is a plus)

Field Service International (FSI) supports and coordinates international Siemens Energy entities serving the global SE 50hz and 60hz and Legacy Westinghouse markets as well as Nuclear.
