**Overview**
**THE ROLE:**
The 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician II will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and installation tasks both on the facilities, physical plant equipment, as well as production equipment, and machinery. This position requires demonstration of competency for all activities that either directly or indirectly affect product safety and quality. The individual will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in here Winston-Salem, NC.
**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:**
+ Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations.
+ Perform safety and environmental inspections, as required.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Perform assigned PM and PdM tasks.
+ Utilization of predictive maintenance tools (ultrasonic, vibration analysis, laser alignment).
+ Proactively look for equipment trends, root causes and variances. Develop action plans for and implement improvements.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance on all plant and production equipment.
+ Quickly respond to and correct equipment mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective/worn equipment parts, control devices, motors, belts, etc.
+ Knowledge, and identification of gearboxes, motors, pulleys, gears
+ Proficient knowledge and identification of belts, bearings, seals, etc and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform painting, carpentry, sheetrock and flooring repairs.
+ Perform meeting room set-up and teardown (A/V equipment operation, maintenance, repair).
+ Perform facility lighting change-outs (interior, exterior).
+ In-depth knowledge of boilers and steam-related components.
+ In-depth knowledge of environmental control room systems/operation/control, dust extraction systems (PMs, repairs).
+ Perform lab equipment installation, PMs, calibration, and repairs.
+ Solid knowledge and understanding of PLC and related controls.
+ High proficiency at performing equipment changeovers.
+ Proven knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
+ Proficiency with variable frequency drives (VFD).
+ Operate machine shop equipment, lathe, mill, grinders, drill press, etc.
+ Proficient in use of welding equipment - gas/MIG/TIG.
+ Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
+ Must be willing to work in a team environment.

**The Role at a Glance**
We are seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will possess strong troubleshooting skills across AV systems, including conference room collaboration tools, and demonstrate proficiency with device management platforms, Microsoft Windows PCs, Apple devices, and software collaboration tools.
In this role, you will work directly with business leaders and Senior Management Committee (SMC) members to provide high-level technical support. **What you'll be doing**
+ Serve as the primary AV technical support specialist for meetings and events hosted by business leaders and senior management based in the Greensboro location.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to conference room AV systems. This includes opening service tickets with AV vendors and coordinating repairs and system testing.
+ Lead the planning, direction, and execution of AV event setups, including room configuration for onsite and offsite meetings.

+ Provide training and support to presenters on the proper use of microphones, cameras, and content-sharing tools.

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. **Sr Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician**
**Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM on a rotating 36 and 48 hours per week, Night shift**

A day in the Life:
+ Follow quality standards in accordance with company policy, cGMP and FDA requirements.
+ Assist in the installation and maintenance of utilities systems and equipment components for electrical power distribution, instrumentation and controls, electrical machinery, responsible for knowledge of codes and standards.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
+ Performs alternating or rotating shift work as well as requirement to work during maintenance shutdowns.
**Keys to Success:**
**Education**
+ High School diploma or equivalent minimally required plus a minimum of 2-4 years hands-on of electrical, automation or mechatronics experience or combination of experience and education.
**Experience**
+ Minimum 2-4 years of related maintenance experience and/or combination training in the following trades: electrical, electronics/controls.
+ Allen Bradley PLC experience is a plus.
+ Other equivalent electrical experience may be considered, but only with a demonstrated record of self-development and continuous learning.4+ years related automated equipment experience.
+ Experience with control and power wiring. Experience with low and high voltage power.
+ Equivalency: Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Ability to work well with minimal direction and within Teams.
+ Confirmed solid understanding electrical systems and industrial automation.
+ Figures out root cause of failures and problems with automation equipment.
+ Position will require working in a wide variety of environments including office, laboratory, hazardous chemical production, cleanroom, general production, and warehouse, occasionally outdoors around the site, on roof-tops, in mechanical spaces, interstitial spaces, etc.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions.
+ Minimum knowledge and ability to learn PLC formats with heavy emphasis on Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI hardware and software: SLC, PLC, ControlLogix, PanelView
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
+ Able to recognize problems developing, not just occurring.
**Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
The employee must regularly lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

**Rotating schedule from 7pm - 7am** (10% differential for Night Shift):
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, totaling 48 hours
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, totaling 36 hours

A day in the Life:

+ Troubleshoot & support manufacturing equipment and facility equipment.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
+ Perform alternating or rotating shift work as well as requirement to work during maintenance shutdowns.
+ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize "line-interruption" events and perform scheduled maintenance and service repairs.
**Minimum Requirements:**
**Education:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent minimally required.
+ An Associate degree?in a technical field like electrical like automation or mechatronics is prefered.
**Experience:**
Required:
+ 3+ years hands-on proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a focus in electrical, automation, or mechatronics experience.
+ Other equivalent electrical experience may be considered, but only with a proven track record of self-development and continuous learning. 4+ years related automated equipment experience.
+ Experience with control and power wiring. Experience with low and high voltage power. (AC and DC, 24v to 480v). Motors, VF Drives and Servo Controlled.
+ Ability to analyze problematic equipment and electromechanical component failures without schematics.
+ Proficiency in the use of highly technical diagnostic and test equipment, reading blueprints, schematics, manuals and technician papers.
Preferred:
+ Experience in a cGMP environment.
+ Minimum knowledge and ability to learn PLC formats with heavy emphasis on Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI hardware and software: SLC, PLC, ControlLogix, and PanelView.
+ Strong understanding of electrical installation, AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
+ Experience with Production Systems, HVAC/HEPA Systems, Clean Utility Systems, Utility Systems like Boilers, Chillers and Compressed Air, Electrical Distribution Systems.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**
+ Ability to work well with minimal direction and within Teams.
+ Proven understanding electrical systems and industrial automation.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions and strong attention to detail.
