Technical Project Manager About the Role We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own migrations and onboarding initiatives. Our team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. With a main focus of initiation to completion on projects within the technology field, this role may also be involved in cross organizational projects with operations, marketing, accounting, and other departments in the future. As this position operates across multiple teams, items such as managing scope, timelines, and budget need to be clearly communicated with business owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams. We are looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities in their day to day:
  • Project Management - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within given budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Participates and contributes to project planning and execution with effective communication regarding relevant project information to superiors and all stakeholders. This role would resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion as well as identifying management or operational problems and assist in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Business Application Support - Perform application testing, setup, implementation and support of new software services. Review current methods, determine optimum process and develop new models or workflow solutions. Research questions regarding Business Applications.
  • Business Analysis & Documentation - Investigative ability to uncover solutions and analyze current practices to make recommendations for new efficiencies. Update training and procedural documentation as changes are implemented; Escalate issues to software vendor as appropriate.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with ability to navigate challenges, making critical decisions with successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with Planview PPM Pro, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace a plus.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planview PPM Pro).
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
