As Technical Specialist Sr, you will use innovation and judgement to resolve sophisticated problems, working closely with multiple company partners to ensure accurate and available data. Responsibilities/Expectations:
+ Performs moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity, support pipeline operations, maintain compliance and maintain facility equipment
+ Troubleshoots/resolves sophisticated problems using technical evaluation, innovation and judgment
+ Develops, presents and trains internal and external partners; may mentor others
+ Participates in project planning and works closely with company partners
+ Leads development and tasks associated with operations, equipment maintenance, technical standards and/or governmental requirements
+ Reads, understands and evaluates engineering design documents, contracts and agreements
+ Serves as a technical subject matter expert in gas turbine and reciprocating engine power generation with expertise in generator controls technology
+ Performs technical and economic evaluation, performance testing, design, construction, and commissioning of new facilities, or upgrading existing facilities, and research on new developments

+ Required: High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience or Associates degree and a minimum eight (8) years' experience in oil & gas industry
+ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering and a minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in field operations or other technical specialty field

A Vegetation Team Technical Support - Mechanic position is available at Schofield Barracks, HI with Colorado State University ( CSU ) and the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands ( CEMML ). This position is responsible for performing mechanical services and repairs to include inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing of light and heavy equipment at the installation. Work will include performing routine maintenance tasks (inspecting, greasing, cleaning, maintaining fluids, etc.) necessary to keep machinery, equipment, and tools in good working condition. Other duties include maintaining inventory of parts/supplies and ensuring a clean and organized workshop in accordance with the Environmental Compliance Inspection program. Work location is located on US Army Garrison Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii.
Schofield Barracks was established in 1908 to provide mobile defense of Pearl Harbor and the entire island. Located 20 miles from Honolulu on the plateau or "central valley" of Oahu between the two volcanic mountains that comprise the island, the nearly 18,000-acre installation is home to the U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii.

As a Technical Support Engineer III, we will take your current expertise and expand your storage knowledge to new heights! You could be partnering with our customers to troubleshoot, understand and overcome challenges in their storage environments.
In the first few days after joining Broadcom, you will undergo a substantial skills development training program focused on learning our Storage product, tools & processes. After an 8-week onboarding program that includes technical, process and soft-skills training, you will shadow and collaborate with fellow Senior TSEs to learn the skills and habits necessary to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. · Troubleshooting with global customers and/or reproducing issues in a lab environment.
· Consistently documenting your interactions with customers or internal stakeholders regarding an issue, its scope and the steps taken to diagnose & resolve it.

This position serves as a field supervisor for vegetation management crews. The position conducts vegetation management activities in support of the Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance ( LRAM ) component of the Army's Integrated Training Area Management ( ITAM ) Program at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, by utilizing hand tools such as brush hogs, weed trimmers, shovels, root rakes, pick axes, brush axes, and chainsaws. Work location is located on US Army Garrison Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii.
Schofield Barracks was established in 1908 to provide mobile defense of Pearl Harbor and the entire island. Located 20 miles from Honolulu on the plateau or "central valley" of Oahu between the two volcanic mountains that comprise the island, the nearly 18,000-acre installation is home to the U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii.

CEMML is a research, education and service unit within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University ( CSU ). CEMML applies the latest and most appropriate science to promote the sustainable management of natural and cultural resources on Department of Defense (DoD) and other public lands. A Vegetation Team Technical Support - Light Equipment Operator ( LEO ) and Commercial Driver position is available at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii with Colorado State University ( CSU ) and the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands ( CEMML ). This position is responsible for operating dump trucks and 2000+-gallon water trucks to haul materials and equipment in support of the Army's Integrated Training Area Management ( ITAM ) Program at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. This position will also operate light equipment to include, but not limited to: agricultural tractors, mowers, straw blowers, hydro-seeders, and skid-steers. Use of hand tools will be required to include, but not limited to: shovels, root rakes, pick axes, brush axes, and chainsaws.
Schofield Barracks was established in 1908 to provide mobile defense of Pearl Harbor and the entire island. Located 20 miles from Honolulu on the plateau or "central valley" of Oahu between the two volcanic mountains that comprise the island, the nearly 18,000-acre installation is home to the U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii.
Work location is dependent on the needs of the partner/project/role and requires staff to be fully in-person.
Required Job Qualifications
+ A High school Diploma, GED , or equivalent
+ At least 2 years of experience in land management, vegetation management, and land restoration
+ Must have a valid and current Commercial Driver's license Class A with tanker endorsement
+ Experience with running and maintaining:
+ Small agricultural tractors
+ Mowers
+ Skid-steers
+ Handheld power equipment (trimmers, tillers, chainsaws, etc.)
+ Manual tools (shovels, rakes, pick axes, brush axes, etc.)
+ Ability to work outdoors and perform strenuous labor under all weather conditions (e.g., heat and humidity)
+ Able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly without assistance
+ Proficient written English communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications
+ Prior experience supporting the Integrated Training Area Management ( ITAM ) program
+ Working knowledge and experience working with the Department of the Army or other federal land-management agencies
+ Experience with land rehabilitation, vegetation management techniques, and erosion control practices
+ Experience working on military lands
+ At least 2 years' experience operating as commercial driver

Load and operate dump trucks for hauling aggregate. Operate dump truck and 50,000 pound trailer to transport equipment. Operate 2000+ gallon water trucks. Complete all pre-trip safety inspections. Equipment operated includes but is not limited to: agricultural tractors (with PTO driven attachments), mowers, straw blowers, hydro-seeders, and skid-steers (with and without rotary head mulching attachment), water truck and dump truck. Hand tools used, but not limited to: shovels, root rakes, pick axes, brush axes, trimmers and chainsaws. Equipment operation and hand tool utilization is for the purpose of completing LRAM projects.
